Ana helped me out with my 2014 Fiat Abarth. She was professional and very nice. The service crew at Fiat and Mopar showed me how the oil change process went on the Abarth and were very friendly. They care about their customers and cars. Thank You again everyone and take care. Will see you again soon.

Cant really say too much about it here yet. I drove up and nobody was around, walked inside and heard a person on the phone. Talked to him and we looked for the vehicle I wanted to test drive and none were prepped and ready and I was told I had to come back. Not sure if I feel comfortable making a purchase here with very few of the electric vehicles they have gotten vs dealers in OC that quoted me way better prices and have over 50 in stock, so I’m sure the service techs are a little more knowledgeable and they have every color combo in the book sitting on their lot. So nothing really negative or positive to say, quiet, empty and didnt have my vehicle.

Was assured a loaner when car was in warranty work overnight or all day. They stopped doing this and always want to keep my car over night. They know they have you as they are the only one in the desert. Something else always seems to happen to my vehicle right after I have it in service. Also had an appointment but was told that it would take all day because of emergencies coming in.

I arrived for a scheduled appointment 9 June 14, cars waiting in service line, no movement. Went up to service bay and was told 45 minute wait. Left line and plugged in the Fiat 500e to charge waiting for my ride as I was not leaving the car for repair with that wait time. Told I needed to check in with service to charge, are you kidding me! I’ll drive to Walters or Ontario, never again here.

I just don’t have the words… I’ve been looking for a good Fiat Service Department in So Cal for quite some time now… We own both a Prima 500 and an Abarth and both were in need of service, so after asking around the forums someone finally had a great experience and I listened to them. I drove all the way from San Diego, 2 hours to Palm Springs… and the ride ended up being SO worth it!
My car was taken care of by a tech that I could tell immediately knew what he was talking about, and sure enough, this guy ends up being one of the best techs Fiat even has. Jason Silverman was his name (I made sure to ask what his name was so I could request him next time). Everyone else at the dealership was great as well from the Service Manager all the way to woman that gave me a free bottle of water. Oh, and they have the RoadRace M1 race car for sale there too in the show room… worth the trip alone to see that.
But really, I suppose it all comes down to the technician at the end of the day, and Jason was phenomenal. Better than any service I have received after 12 years of owning Volkswagens prior to switching over to Fiat. He was patient, he listened well, he genuinely cares about and loves these cars and he said he even owns one himself.
I will be taking my Prima there soon for service, and am genuinely looking forward to the drive out! As you can see by my profile, I don’t write reviews often, but when someone just wow’s you like this, it’s the least we can do to point it out and say ‘thank you’.

I live in Beverly Hills and the only reason I came to Fiat of Palm Springs was because of Certified Fiat Tech Jason Silverman, I own an Abarth and he did an excellent job, make sure you ask for him!!! All staff in the Studio are great and helpful, I strongly recommend every Fiat and Abarth owner to bring your car in on a Friday, spend the night in beautiful Palm Springs and pick up your baby the next day!!!

Purchased a Fiat 10 months ago. Purchase experience went fine. Returned 3 months later for oil change. Only one Certified Fiat Technician, 2 ½ hour process. Returned last month, ignition issues, tire inflation issues. Still only 1 Certified Fiat Technician on staff. Wanted to keep car for multiple days. This dealer needs to invest in more Certified Fiat Service Technicians. I traded the car after 10 months.

Had a pretty good experience here, the salesman, Kevin, was helpful, informative, and no-​pressure. Kevin knew a lot about the new Fiat 500cc and easily answered questions about the car. Took a test drive and really liked the car, and available options. Overall, I liked the dealership here and could see myself doing business with them in the near future.
