5th Element Restoration

Hands down the best!!! We had another company come out to buff and wax our floors, after 3 visits it still wasn’t correct, so we called Tyson. He fixed there errors and the floor looked as good as new. That was almost 2 years ago now. He does all of our floor needs, tile and grout cleaning, carpet, VCT tile (install, repair, and wax and buff) plus other odds and end cleaning jobs we’ve hired him for!!! HE IS AMAZING AT WHAT HE DOES!!!

I emailed them twice for a quote and no one ever got back to me so I’m done.

5^th Element Restoration did a great job on my HVAC cleaning. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. When the job was complete it felt like a new house… fresh and clean!

We came home yesterday to a house soaked in 100+ gallons of fish tank water. The tank came apart at the seam while we were at work. My living room, hallway, hall closet, & bedroom closet were beyond soaked. After attempting to clean up with our shampooer we gave up. My boyfriend contact one company who flat out told us the couldn’t help. These guys showed up, soaked up the water, moved everything away from the wet area, and placed the fans to dry out our house. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Woke up this morning to a dry house!

First, lets just get this out of the way… Babies, and white carpet do not mix. Ever.
My house was built with white carpet, and I believe that this is quite honestly the worst decision that any home builder could make.
That aside, I am so glad to have found out about Tyson’s company. He actually did my mother-​in-​laws house the week previous, and they were really happy with his work, so I called him to have him do the white carpets in my home that had been destroyed by our maniacal milk and juice wielding babies.
I was genuinely disgusted with how the carpet looked and forewarned Tyson that it probably won’t come up but that I would appreciate if he could just do what he could to get it as clean as possible. He seemed confident that my expectations would be surpassed, and they seriously were!
Tyson and his dad were in and out in just over an hour, and my carpets went from looking dingy and tired to literally looking brand new. I was completely shocked. So was my wife!
I don’t know what kind of voodoo is in that little rotary brush cleaner that they use, but whatever it is, it’s powerful.
A few things that I would like to share that made this experience even better (other than the super clean carpets)
–Tyson, and his dad are super friendly. I stood there chatting with them throughout the process of them cleaning the carpets.
–They are clean people that actually care about making sure they do a really good job.
–They don’t mind explaining what they’re doing, or how their processes work.
–Lastly, they were fast, and efficient, and the prices were super fair!
I will definitely be using them again, and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-​workers.

Very knowledgeable, great pricing, professional service, and always goes the extra mile. I have worked with Tyson for several years, and he does an amazing job. As a property manager I have continued to call him and will continue to do so for the properties I manage needs.

Tyson’s 5^th Element Restoration came highly recommended to me by my plumber. After my plumber replaced the leaking water heater inside my laundry room, I was left with wet flooring, saturated carpets in the hallway and bedroom closet, etc., because the leak had gone undetected for some time. Tyson responded quickly, assessed the situation with specialized tools, vacuumed the worst of the water out of the carpets, and set up a powerful dehumidifier and commercial blower to dry out the rest of the moisture. Tyson is competent, fair, honest, and trustworthy, and I’m pleased to recommend him.
