Aaron has always had a love of real estate. From counseling his parents to invest in property at the ripe old age of 8 years old to owning rentals for the last 15 years, Aaron has been developing experience in real property for a long time. Before establishing Grey Falcon, Aaron worked as operating officer for Winchester real estate. As Chief Operating Officer of Winchester Real Estate, Aaron oversaw the growth of the company from 450 units to 1000+ in 4 years. Management experience includes accounting, legal, maintenance, and customer service for clients and tenants encompassing 1000+ units. With education in business management, a license in real estate, and membership in CAR and IREM, Aaron understands the needs of everyone from a young tenant renting their first home to the experienced investor with lots of challenging property requirements.

Prior to starting his real estate career, Aaron was an account rep in the diamond industry. There, he learned advanced customer service and retention skills while working for GIA, the #1 diamond lab worldwide.

After moving forward into real estate, Aaron became the Operating Officer for a large, local management company. There he oversaw the management of 450 properties, eventually growing the company to 1000+ units. Managing $ 24 million in annual rents prepared him to make the leap into a new business.

With education in information and business management, this broker is well suited to handling all real estate needs.
