I am giving 1 star and posting on here as I have no other choice. I brought my son here a few times last year to work with Damien Jackson. The lessons went well and everything seemed professional and straight forward. I tried scheduling another lesson and Damien was not available so I made an appt with Greg Anderson. My son had 1 lesson with him and at the end of the lesson Greg Anderson was very pushy about having me sign him up for 10 lessons at a discounted rate. I didn’t want to do it but he was very pushy and finally brought the price down to $ 300 for 10 lessons, and I agreed. He insisted that I drive him cash or check on a Sunday, which I did. He didn’t show up for the first 2 lessons and then on the 3rd he came late but told me he was having personal problems and that we should cancel any further appointments and that he would give me a full refund. This occurred Sept. 2013 and I have only received $ 80. Greg Anderson, of GameFace, not only ripped me off but has strung me along for 9 months promising to pay me. I WOULDNEVERDEALWITH GameFace or Greg Anderson.

Damien Jackson(DJ), a former major league ball player with the Padres, Red Sox and Tigers, opened the doors to this place a couple of years ago to provide professional coaching to youth baseball and softball players in the area. He and other coaches provide one on one and group coaching to young athletes aspiring to become better at their passions. This facility has three batting cages a pitching area and a lounge area with TV, gaming system and couches. My son has been involved with two other local travel teams and we’ve been impressed with the administrative professionalism and coaching with DJ and his Game Face staff.

I did not use their private lesson services. Just the«Walk On» on Fridays. They only have the capacity to let in 30 kids at a time. So, the first 30 kids in the line make it in and the rest are turned away. Come early, bring cash. I guess it is as good as it gets for $ 10. The batting cages entryway is BEHIND the building.
