Horrible service by bank manager. Seriously considering moving to different bank. Where do they find these people who clearly have poor people skills.

Went into the bank asked for help with on line banking with my phone the gentleman told me he was too busy I walked out stood by the door and he was just sitting at his desk chatting with another coworker I spoke with the manager Revena and she was rude she said okay close the bank account everything she was very rude so I am no longer a customer I closed my account

Went in to cash a cashiers check from US Bank. I was told by I wish I got her name but I was told they could not cash it because i was a non member and the amount.
Things like that makes me think twice about even opening a account there I would be embarrassed if my bank wouldn’t cash a check I have given them just because they were a non customer.

Great customer service. They were very welcoming and helped me quickly and efficiently.

Second time I am treated like a chump by this bank. After receiving a settlement check from Honda for $ 100 for problems with the civic hybrid i take the check to the bank it is drawn on, us bank. They want $ 5 to cash it OUTRAGEOUS! Same thing happened to me before. Creepy weird bank, it must be a front bank for large corporations to disburse their fines and penalties. They essentially get 5% of hundreds of $ 100 settlement checks … What a crock how this hurts people…
Ok, they at least greeted me when I walked in. Probably to butter me up for taking $ 5. Walked out. Never ever will I do business with these crooks.

Had a horrible experience with auto loan at US Bank, and seriously doubt the integrity of this institution. Basically I just need a simple refinance, called US Bank, and they immediately answered the phone and offered 2.99% rate. So far so good.
So I called this branch of US Bank, they told me I need to open an account with them, otherwise it’s gonna be 3.04%. OK, although higher than what they promised, still not to bad.
So I went to their branch, telling them I don’t want to open a bank account with them. The disgusting part starts here. The guy said it’s OK, and checked my application, and told me 3.04% is not possible now, system asked for 3.29% without a bank account. I said I still don’t want to open a bank account, he said it’s OK, then called a number to apply at 3.29% for me.
Then the phone call never went through for half an hour. This guys smiled at me, making me feel like «never think of refinancing if you don’t have a bank account with us, otherwise I’ll just keep wasting your time!».
OK I gave up doing business with US Bank. What they did was gradually pulling up the rate, and try to track me into opening a bank account with them; if I don’t want to do that, they made sure what customer wants will NEVER happen, with a seemingly nice explanation: the phone call for application always go through quickly, just not this time for you!
Never try to do business with them, a bank without integrity and doesn’t respect customer’s time should not be trusted.

There is a consistency with 3 different US Banks that I have been a part of in the past 5 years. Not even all in the same state!
There must be high standards of customer service in the foundation of this corporation as well as the Human Resource department of this organization.
Whether someone who answers the phone to the tellers and desk sales people to the management there is a tremendous quality of serving the customers and following through to get the need met.
Specifically at this branch, Catalina the branch manager communicated with me on her day off! She then called back to days later to follow up and to make sure that I was informed on a matter that she had already taken care of. One more individual taking care of another individual to make sure the customer is happy.
The old Savings & Loan flavor is alive and evident in US Bank!
