History

Established in 2015.

Earning the title of «Neatest» in my high school yearbook should have been a good indicator that one day I would become a professional organizer. In this capacity, I’m a clutter buster who loves to help people turn their space into one that is organized and working for — not against — them.

Previously, I put my organizational and multi-​tasking abilities to use for 12 years as an alumni relations & development professional. Shortly after orchestrating my family’s move from Chicago to California in 2013, I started to explore ways I could help others simplify and bring order to their lives through de-​cluttering and organizing. And… voila! Neat Nic Organizing was born.

Nicole is great! She was super responsive with arranging an appt. including following up on a specific organization plan for me. She came to our house for 2 hours, took pictures, gave me tips to help reduce future clutter and helped me purge and organize a junk counter and junk drawers. She is fabulous at helping purge; either throwing away «stuff» or donate items that I no longer use or need. I highly recommend her services and I know I’ll be using her again.

Nicole is amazing. She worked with me to organize my office/​spare bedroom. I was very hesitant and embarrassed to allow someone into my personal clutter, but she helped me feel at ease and worked worked me through the process of purging. I have found some serenity because of her and would recommend her services to anyone that needs some help organizing and de-​cluttering! I will absolutely use her services again if ever needed… but the amazing tips and service she provided has set me up to maintain the space pretty well so far!

We managed to clean out an entire closet freeing up space to improve the storage and work flow of my home! Nicole came in and really transformed my home with small simple steps and manageable solutions. I had some areas of our home that I was having a lot of trouble removing clutter. Our pantry, toy storage and general layout was really quickly transformed. With her guidance and ‘boot camp’ I tackled various troublesome spots and our house has a lot more peace and organization to it. Best of all, it is much easier to maintain it all now. She’s an incredible resource who I cannot recommend highly enough!

Neat Nic Organizing is a must for your organizing needs. I’ve utilized her skills three times for purging excess office, craft, and Christmas items. She’s also helped me with my kitchen, specifically my lazy Susan that I use as my pantry. As a mom of a young one these are the projects that don’t get attention and she’s helped make our home function better… and it’s just great when you don’t have 12 jars of jelly you didn’t know about!

Nicole is fantastic at cutting through clutter and bringing peace and organization to any space (big or small) that begs for attention! Six months after having our third baby, I was in dire need of some new organization to our old habits. Nicole’s help went beyond organization – I needed motivation, encouragement, direction, and simple manageable steps that would get me from point A to B (where my current home «projects» were and where I needed them to be) – and she did ALL of that! We started small – decluttering and creating space for all of my jewelry to live instead of stuffed in a overflowing box. She then worked with me to re-​organize the kitchen cabinets in a way that suited our family better, and later assisted with major decluttering of books and rehoming them to the shelves they were supposed to have moved to over two years ago! I can’t wait for the next project I hire her for!
