Elements Massage

I love this place! It is so convenient, clean, and serene. The staff is knowledgable and professional and they are great about calling a day ahead to make sure your appointment still works for your schedule. I get a deep tissue massage once a month to help my work/​life balance and it is a true attitude adjustment for me. All of the technicians are wonderful but I’ll give a shout out to Jim who truly has a gift for deep tissue work and always puts me at ease. Thanks, Jim! When I left my appointment today I felt like a new woman!

I was initially hesitant about checking out Elemental Massage, because I dismissed it as a chain, but my neck was killing me and they happened to have an opening that day. I’m now a member of their monthly subscription, and I’ve gone from hour appointments to 90 minutes.
My favorite masseuse here is Jim, and I was/​am really really hesitant calling him out on here because his schedule is already super tough to get on! But whatever, secrets out If you do any sort of weightlifting, I totally recommend seeking him out. He’s got a soothing voice, a strong pressure and he makes you feel totally comfortable, which is totally understated because who isn’t uncomfortable being naked under a thin sheet? But most importantly, he always finds my problem areas and my horrible back/​neck always feel better after a visit.
Besides a great massage (albeit sometimes painful), everything is totally adjustable– lights, table heat, pressure, music, eye mask, and optional heating pads which adds to a great experience.

I just tried Elements for the first time yesterday and they were AMAZING! I was so pleasantly surprised. I signed up for a 90 minute massage for myself and a 60 minute message for my husband using their first time special offer. When we arrived, we were greeted by the most pleasant receptionist. She was really nice, very professional and very welcoming. She answered all of our questions and was just super helpful. Our therapists were Sara and Allie (Alison). Sara did my massage and she really listened when I told her what I did and did not like. She used the perfect amount of pressure and respected my desire for silence during the session (I *HATE* chatty massage therapists — I go to relax, not talk nonstop). The room was comfortable and clean and I would rate the quality of the massage up there with some of the way more expensive spas I have visited. My husband is REALLY picky about his massages and usually says «it was OK» when I ask him how his session went. This time he said «it was AWESOME!» (He had Allie) The receptionist gave us a little card with information about their Wellness Program, and never tried to upsell us, other than to tell us that the program was available (I hate when places get all pushy as you’re leaving — it totally wrecks the relaxing time you’ve just had). I love the fact that their Wellness Program is month to month and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. I’m seriously considering signing up! We definitely plan to be back to Elements Massage Cambpell — hopefully REALLY soon!

From the front desk to the massage expertise this place has it right. Make your appointment ahead of time is best because you then have the selection of the right massage therapist that you need. I have lots of old sports injuries that need to be maintenance. It is great to have someone work on you who can address them and actually make a difference. I totally recommend this place to the ‘experienced’ (old) athletes who need body work — just to walk or to continue their athletic adventures.

I visited Elements for the first time this week, and had such a great experience I plan on making this my new routine. Sally, the owner is wonderful, and my masseuse, Karen, was amazing at getting the knots out of my neck and shoulders, and the décor was nicely done, and quite relaxing. It was a great way to start out the new year, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

I Absolutely love this place. I was 37 weeks along when I saw GiGi. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. Prenatal massages are given while you lay on your side. The first thing that was adressed during my session was the heat and pillow. Also I was asked how I would like to adjust the lighting and music. Lovely setting and a perfect way to end my stressful day. Post pregnancy I recently saw Karen… My God! She is fantastic! I would strongly recommend both therapists.

Best place to get a massage my first time there I was pregnant and I got a massage and it was so relaxing and amazing (baby liked it too) check in was so pleasant the front desk staff is very friendly and the lobby is beautiful along with the rest of the studio ! I just tried out Elements for the first time, and they were fantastic! I love that you can book online, and that when you show up they have treats in the waiting room. Rachelle and her partner at the front desk were were helpful and attentive without being pushy about upselling or rebooking.
My massage therapist was Valerie. I’m a huge wuss when it comes to massages, but Valerie was able to work out the kinks without hurting me. Her pressure was great, and she focused on what I needed rather than going through the motions of a cookie-​cutter massage. Lots of nice little touches like extra heating pads and warm towels to take off excess lotion at the end of the service. She even offered tissues when I switched from lying on my stomach to my back and my nose had gotten stuffy. Such a little thing, but I’ve never had anyone ever offer it before. At the end of the service, chocolates and water were provided.
Great atmosphere, very convenient booking, and a wonderful crew. And decent prices! Definitely worth a visit!

I am soo glad I found this place. I always struggled with finding a massage place that didnt creep me out or try to «sell me» me before I left, and now ive finally found the right place. The gentleman working the front desk was really welcoming and informative. It is such a clean and warm ambiance, unlike the smaller, cluttered counter tops that i usually came across at other places.
My therapist was Paul. He was really great at making me feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. He was careful to make sure he knew exactly where my problem areas were and exactly what KIND of massage I was looking for (most therapist dont think to ask what KIND). I was not in a tremendous amount of pain, it is more so maintenance for me, so something gentle and relaxing is what I wanted. He was positive and in a cheerful mood, which is preferable to the therapists who just want to «get started already». I felt welcome and appreciated. He massaged me with the perfect amount of pressure and worked on my problem area (my neck) without putting me in any pain. Most people prefer a silent massage, however, it never hurts when the therapists is vocal and asks you how it is going, or if there needs to be any changes made. Paul was a perfect professional and had AMAZING technique.
I chose to continue as a patient through their Wellness Program. I feel like my search for a great massage is over. Even is Paul is unavailable sometimes, Im confident that this place will not disappoint. :)

Elements Massage is amazing and the customer service is excellent! I love coming here for my monthly massage. The staff is friendly and your masseuse is selected based on the type of pressure you like.
Unlike other places, Elements seems geared towards taking care of their clients between massage appointments as well. They always give useful tips to reduce my stress and or muscle issues. I leave here feeling refreshed and ready to tackle yet another work week.
I was rather doubtful of not going to a spa-​type massage facility but was willing to try a little less in terms of the frills (salt scrub, shower, steam room, etc) in order to be able to get a monthly massage without feeling too guilty. I joined their monthly subscription service after a few visits and they have been amazing! And I still feel quite pampered.
Appointments are always readily available and the staff quite nice and professional. Facility is very clean as well.

Elements was a terrific break from everyday stress. Valerie had the perfect pressure and addressed all my massage requests. The room atmosphere was very calming. I’d go again anytime!

I called this location hoping for a spot that day and they had one within one hour which was nice. I had a bad migraine and a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. I received a 90 minute massage from Paul and he was great! It was the best massage I have ever had! He was very nice and attentive and made sure I was comfortable. He used the perfect amount of pressure and worked on all of my knots. I left feeling amazing and now, a couple days later, I feel even better! I will definitely be visiting this location again!

I could go on and on however, Ill make this short. Im an amateur gymnast and while finishing up in tumbling practice I back flipped and landed on my face and neck. I’ve been suffering for quite some time now due to kneck pain. I began to lose mobility in my neck and a simple turn of my head seemed all but impossible. I’ve had the pleasure of working with GiGi who has done wonders. I’ve gained mobility back in my neck and now only have slight stiffness. I was really beginning to worry before seeing GiGi and now am on my way to a quicker recovery. I really appreciate the time and effort GiGi has put into getting me back to normal. I highly recommend GiGi to my friends and family. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I am most confident I will make a speedy recovery with GiGi working on me. I also like how she gives you recommendations of things to work on after your massage as well as a number of stretches to help with my mobility. Thanks GiGi!!!

I am 35 weeks pregnant, and I’ve been looking everywhere for a good massage since I’m on my feet all day as a personal trainer.
I’ve had a few pregnancy massages, none of which were firm enough to relax me at all. I would always leave feeling the same as when I walked in. But then I tried elements, and I am so glad I did.
Gigi gave me an amazing pregnancy massage. Not only was she extremely personable and genuine, she was also knowledgeable in terms of anatomy and being aware of the modifications needed for pregnant women.
I find it hard to believe that Christina S (who left a review previously) had such a terrible experience. She had to have been having a bad day, especially since they didn’t even charge her for her massage and then she had the nerve to write a bad review which I honestly doubt was even true.
The very first thing Gigi asked me was whether or not I wanted heat because she knew it may make me uncomfortable. Because I said I didn’t want heat, she did not turn it on.
The very next thing she did was give me a pregnancy pillow since the massage was a side-​lying massage. She did allow me to lie on my back for a brief period while she massaged my traps, which was great for me! I really appreciated that she asked me if I was comfortable on my back because she was able to apply firmer pressure which I needed! I am a fitness professional, and from my own studies, from talking to my doctor, and from my personal experience being pregnant, lying on your back is not dangerous. It is relative to each individual and their comfort level.
I highly recommend elements massage because of the quality of the massage therapists, the friendliness of the front desk staff, and their overall cleanliness and professionalism.

I have encouraged myself to get a massage by signing up for the monthly subscription. While I don’t consider it a «deal» in any way, it is a nice reminder each month to treat myself.
I do crossfit 2 – 3 times a week, so when foam rolling doesn’t do the trick, I set up a massage appointment. So far, my favorite masseuse is Jim. He is very professional, friendly, and considerate of any sensitivity you may have. He listens to what you need and delivers.
The ambiance here is very relaxing. Dim lights, fruit flavor water, and chocolates available for your convenience. This is the pampering experience you will want.

Elements is the most solid massage spot since I left my hometown (thanks Christina, Hands Like the Ocean, you spoiled me for life).
I first came here for my all-​time favorite Unilocal Elite event (thank you Candice!), and had a wonderful 30 minute massage with Stephanie. I liked her so much, I now have a monthly booking with her.
While my first impressions came from the event, they can be enjoyed by all during normal business hours — nice waiting area with attentive staff, water with cucs/​lemons/​something fresh, mouthwash and tampons in the ladies room (yes! this is such a nice touch), hair ties; basically amenities aplenty so you are not stressing about something silly during your rub down. Plus, chocolates and an entire bottle of water when you’re done. Who couldn’t love that?
My massages have also been great. Steph is a perfectionist who will not stop until she gets that knot out, which I have plenty of, courtesy of high heels. A nice relaxing hour to treat yo self.
Make sure to join their Wellness Program for deals on massages if you like to pamper yourself monthly like I do.

I came here the first time for a Unilocal Elite event. My experience after my massage at the Unilocal event persuaded me to join their Wellness Program.
Service here is top notch! The front staff are very tentative. They’ll offer your water bottles or chocolates as you wait to go in for your massage.
The massage rooms are really great. They set the environment to your comfort level (i.e., the lights can be dimmed and the table is adjustable). The decorations are simple, earthy, and clean which is a good thing. Too much decoration can be too much of a distraction and take away from the relaxing environment.
My full massage experience was very relaxing and I felt so refreshed afterwards. I did the 55-​minute session which felt so short since I was enjoying it. I kinda dozed off during a portion of the massage since it was so relaxing.
I really like how they accommodate your massage to your needs. They’ll ask you what type of massage you want (i.e., light, medium or deep tissue) and which areas you want to focus on. And of course you can always change your mind and adjust the massage to your liking. Then after the massage they will give you suggested exercises to try to help with your troubled area (s). Like for me, I was recommended exercises to help with my neck and shoulders.
Overall, this place is great. They really care about you and your well being!
I highly recommend the Wellness Program if you go frequently. It saves you money and you can cancel whenever or put the account on suspension. You also get discounts on gift cards during promotions. I recently just bought a bunch of gift cards to give as gifts for the holidays! I mean who doesn’t need a massage?!

late review! aaaahhhh!
i had just come back from being on a plane for work every other day of the week and i had an agenda… sushi, froyo and a massage in no particular order. i then came home to a dead car so now this list was more than needed. so where do i go… Unilocal duh!
I decided to book even though Martha was noted as softer… that being said she did an amazing job! the massage room was nice and relaxing and she talked only at a few places which i appreciated cause i wanted to be relaxed. at the end i got dressed and she greeted me with some exercises as well as a bottle of water. i have had a number of massages and they have never told me to drink the H2O like woah. it’s needed to help after a deep massage! funny thing a friend had just explained that to me hours before i was heading in.
i then got an email from Unilocal for an elite event for a message… here! woot woot. I met with Jesse. to be honest i prefer having a female but whoot it was a free 30 min massage and you got to be respectful and get in and get out. that being said i never felt awkward and he was awesome. can def apply hard pressure. and i have asked a number of therapists in the past to massage my scalp and they leave that out… he did not! also one of the better neck massages i’ve had!
all in all i would def come back here! might even go today! lol
ps their waiting room has infused water and their bathrooms are VERY clean!

Elements Massage is a really well run business that takes very good care of their customers. The staff here is very friendly!
I first came here and walked in and checked in for my appointment. I was asked if I wanted a beverage before my massage. Lexie was working the front desk and she is such a friendly, sweet and pleasant lady. She let my massage therapist, Zhenia, know I was here. Zhenia was on time and came out and greeted me and walked me to my massage room. This whole facility is so serene, you can’t help but to be at peace and so relaxed. The room was very clean and the lights were dim just how I like it. Zhenia asked if there were certain parts I needed more work on. I told her about my neck and shoulders feeling really tight. She still gave me a full body 55 min. massage but also gave the extra work needed on my shoulders and neck. She was really great and is a soft spoken person that doesn’t talk your ear off when you get a massage. Some people like to get personal and I’m the type that doesn’t want to have a conversation and just relax and have an amazing massage. Zhenia definitely accomplished that!
When the massage was over she served me some water and walked me out to the front where Lexie helped with my next appointment and informed me of all the current promotions (she was very informative and not pushy at all).
I really like this place and love that they stay open late. It works good with my schedule because I work a lot during the day and a massage at the very end of the day works perfect for me.

I came here for a Unilocal Event, Elite I may add.
Elements Massage is hard to locate and is nestled in a corner next to Nob Hill.
Parking is difficult, be careful and lock up your ride!
I was greeted with smiles and met the owner Sally.
Her staff was great!
After fillng out the health questionnaire, I sat inside to wait for my appointment.
There is a single door with a sign, Entering Quite Zone.
Once beyond the door, the hallways are darkened, and a soft, relaxing music is playing. I was sent to a waiting room, known as Redwood. All the rooms are named after beautiful locations in California. Other people came inside and were confused… I think that they must thought it was «their own» private lounge?!
I was again greeted with a smile by Genia my massage therapist and escorted to the Carmel room. We made small talk. I told her that I need work at my shoulders and alone my spine. I told Genia that I have a high pain tolerance, and so she smiled.
Once on the really warm table, very warm, I just wanted to take a nap… Genia bagan to work out the stress, tension and discomfort of life and make me feel human again. Genia worked out knots, it actually brought a tear to my eye!
Times up!?! Nobody wants to hear this!
I gathered myself and then Genia advised my of the issues (knots) in the muscles in my back.
I’ve been to a few different spas and various massage boutiques, never I’ve been happy with the treatment, facilities and care.
