We have been providing Mold Remediation and Restoration activities since 1994. In 2002, after providing services to some very critically mold exposed clients and significantly improving their living environment and health we decided to concentrate on mold and environmental issues.

Most of our work is through referrals as we work extensively with Realtors, health care facilities and government agencies.

With more and more consumers being impacted by environmental issues we are continually expanding our service reach to meet the health needs of our clients.

Business Owner

Mr. Richard Wolf has over 30 years of construction experience with degrees in Architecture and Construction Technologies; he is certified in Construction Management, Structural Drying and Mold Remediation; holds a California General Contractors License, served as an Arbitrator to the American Arbitration Association, and Consultant to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on Construction /​Project Management.

He is currently CEO of RPRW, Inc. of which Mold Remedies and R & R Construction Services are subsidiaries, and has provided remediation and restoration services for over two decades.

Current client list includes; Health Care Facilities, Government Agencies, Property Managers, Tenants, Landlords, Realtors and hundreds of satisfied Homeowners in and around the Bay Area.
