Trudy is a great groomer, used her for my first Bichon, now for the second one. She takes great care of her clients.

We have been bringing our dogs here for years. The last few times we have brought our dogs here, the employees were very nasty to us because they moved our appointments without informing us.
When we were finally able to have them groomed, they left parts of the dogs ungroomed, and even cut up our dogs behind their ears, on their stomachs, and on their inner thighs with the buzzer. Not only was it very upsetting to see our beloved dogs cut up, but we had to deal with nasty workers as well. Our dogs shake when they walk in there.
I do NOT recommend this place.

Trudy has been grooming my babies for almost 20 years now! Great service and affordable prices– Staff is extremely polite and friendly– Moved to New Jersey and still come in for grooming at Paws R Us.

This salon is amazing. Palmer loves coming here. The groomer is very friendly and knowledgeable. They can do whatever kind of cut you prefer and listen to your requests. Would highly recommend!!! Never mind me… Palmer the pomeranian highly recommends hehe!!!

The receptionist at Paws R Us was unbelievably unprofessional. It is very hard to get in contact with someone at this office, after trying to get in contact with someone multiple times I finally left a voicemail and didn’t get a call back until later the following day. I asked the receptionist to give me the latest appointment for my two cats and so she told me that she will schedule me for 1PM and that was perfectly fine with me. The day finally comes for my appointment and when I walk in and give the woman my name she tells me that I missed my appointment because it was at 9 AM, when she saw the anger in my voice and in my face after hearing that ridiculous claim she stopped talking as I began to tell her how I specifically asked for the latest appointment and both the receptionist on the phone and I agreed 1PM was set. These people are very rude and unprofessional, I missed work and wasted my time. I do not recommend you come here.

I can’t even tell you how much I love this place! I bring my two little terrors Bella and Lola there and even with Bella being a hot mess every time and Lola (who can’t sit still) they still manage to do an amazing job. Love love love this place I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever!

Paws R Us are terrific groomers. My Yorkies always looked and smelled great. The staff are always so friendly and they treat your pets with love. I highly recommend Paws R Us!!!

Extremely helpful and kind folks work here
I bring my Shih-​tzu here to get her nails clipped and hair around her mouth and eyes trimmed, no appointment necessary!
They usually charge 5 – 10 bucks depending on how much needs to be done. They do it right away and there is a mirror there for you to watch as they work!
My pup never lets me clip her nails, but when she is there she doesn’t make any fuss

I had a very good experience at this place. They were nice, They were fast and didn’t keep my dog al day. Wonderful cut on my poodle. Also best price in the neighborhood. I will go back.
