GAMH is dedicated to a customer experience that is excellent and timely. We tailor construction schedules unique to our buyers so that each step in the building process is discussed and placed in an appropriate timeframe, usually 4 to 6 months. Our company ensures that each commitment is met on that schedule at the time agreed upon. Updates will be provided to customers periodically so that they stay actively involved in the building process until completion.

Choosing to build a modular home or facility is guaranteed to be 10 — 30% less than traditional on sight building from the beginning. GAMH takes these efforts one step further: we go through the details of each specific home or facility with clients in order to explain the nuances of the building process so that no expense remains unseen.
