Business Owner
Established in 2013 Mike Daddy has been cooking for about 31 years. He began cooking in Rome, Italy as a dishwasher and Salad man in Hotel Claudia. When he came to America he became a chef at Canastella in Park Ave and 19 Street. He opened up his own shop on 72nd and Amsterdam in 1987 called La Primavera. His growing love for cooking has lead him to continue in the business hence his new business Mike Daddy’s Pizza. Mike’s goal is to open up future restaurants under the Mike Daddy name.
