Pristine Fine Carpet Cleaning & Restoration

Called today to schedule an appointment for this week. Was told they could actually make it out to my house today. They were out in 3 hours from the time I called. Very professional! Did an outstanding job! Going to have them clean & seal our granite next.

I had a very good experience with Pristine and can highly recommend their work. It was amazing how well they cleaned the heavy traffic «trails» on my carpet. They literally save a carpet that I believed was ruined. The staff was courteous and the crew arrived on time.

I’ve used Pristine for a few years now and they always exceed my expectations. They always show up on time or they will call you, they are very conscientious and thorough, and best of all they care about doing an excellent job. Today our carpet cleaner was Elvis who was extraordinarily polite and professional. Amazingly, Elvis and his partner got out some very stubborn pet stains that we had. Also they use these really efficient fans for the carpets, so as soon as they leave one room and move on to another they set the fans down, so by the time they are done with the job the carpets are almost dry so you don’t have that musty smell of soggy carpets for days. They are very courteous and eager to please and their prices are really good. I highly recommend them and use their service about every 4 months. The lady who books the appointments is very eager to please, friendly and helpful as well. I am completely pleased with them!

I would give them negative stars if possible. The didn’t show up for appointment. Came over the next day and gave a price. We wanted to discuss it and call the next day. When we did call back they were very rude and acted like they did not need our business. When I called them a couple of days later they lied about what my husband had said and told me they would not do our carpets. They have a lot of nerve having such a ride attitude when they didn’t even keep there appointment. Never use them!

Great carpet cleaning service. We had used them for our business cleaning. When we moved into our new house, we decided to call them. They did a very good job. They even had plastic cone type things to keep at the wall edges. That way when their long vacuum pipe went around corners it would not make scratches on the wall. They were very careful with such things.
They were on time as well.
My husband called them once again recently for cleaning carpet at our business. The carpet had many many stains. And after they cleaned it looks very nice. No stains!

The guys showed up early and finished four rooms in about one hour. They were professional and courteous and removed the stains that thought were in the carpet forever. Excellent job guys. I highly recommend pristine to anyone who has the need for spotless carpets at a great price. Three rooms for $ 89.00 what a great price. Call them today and start enjoying your clean carpets.

Spoke to a nice lady on the phone who was personable and answered my questions. She was able to make a prompt appt. for the following week. Carlos came over and went with me room to room, looking for stains and describing what was going to be done. We agreed on the price and then Edgar and Joseph came in and did the work. These two guys moved the furniture, did the entire house, and moved everything back in a little over two hours. I watched the whole thing and they didn’t rush the job, they just worked their butts off. These guys are no joke and represent the company well — raise time? Anyway, carpets look brand new — got out blood stains, dog urine stains, no damage, smells great… absolutely will use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I was nervous going with a company we hadn’t used before, but I did like the idea that it was a local business in our town (Brentwood). So when it was time to clean the rugs (we have hardwood floors, with large rugs everywhere), my husband found this company and I was up for it. But I will admit, there is a comfort level with going with a chain company, so I was nervous going the mom-​and-​pop route. But they did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, removed 7 rugs from our house, cleaned them and returned them a week later — only small comment is that it seemed to take a little long — we were quoted the following week to get the rugs back, and didn’t get them returned for almost 2 weeks. But we weren’t in a huge hurry, and seeing the great result when we got them back was more than enough to make up for it. Great job on carpets.
We also had them clean/​seal our grout, and again, fantastic job. Our grout was dark brown where a nice cream-​colored grout used to be… they got it very close to the original grout color. Amazing after 5 years of guck hitting those floors…
We also had them clean our pour couch… again, fantastic. Clean, thorough, everything I would expect. They took up every cushion, vacuumed and washed it with a solution, and after they air dried I was looking at a whole new couch.
When they returned our rugs, my husband asked them about polishing our granite countertop in the backyard, and they also noted they could fix a chip we had in the granite, polish down the rough edges, and clean with a granite sealer. When I came home that evening and he told me he hired them to do that work I almost blew a gasket. A carpet cleaning company working on our granite? No! What was he thinking… but oh my goodness I still can’t believe how amazing our countertop looks after they were done with the work yesterday. Although everything else was great, the countertop work is what prompted me to write the review. I will try to get some before/​after pics uploaded soon, especially of the granite. Overall, they did everything that was needed to secure my repeat business.

This is a great company! I love to support mom and pop businesses and they are awesome. They have always come to my house on short notice, even a few days before thanksgiving when everyone in town wants their carpets done. I think if the people at are complaining about them here had given the owner an opportunity to fix what happened, they wouldn’t be complaining. Pristine is my go-​to company for carpet cleaning.

Joseph came out on Wednesday to clean the carpets, all had been abused for an extended time. Last company promised… didn’t deliver. Joseph and Pristine Fine Carpet Cleaning, delivered, carpets look great!

I guess I should have spelled my name wrong on the review, like it is on my invoice. Check the date 9÷30÷2010., Mafesa (my name is spelled nafeesa), The comment that I am a «fake» client was much like the service I received in my home, again no apology. The irony, is the owner of the home that I was getting the carpets cleans for, whose blood drawn for had to be postponed because of the time delay has since passed away of lung cancer. Guess he was fake too.

Wow! Being in the biz and working for some of the largest cleaning companies in the Bay Area, I decided to use Pristine due to their $ 89 3 room special and quick appt. time. Jose did a fantastic job, was very professional and did a tremendous job on my carpet that I thought were months away from being ripped out! I just got the bargain of the day and the cleaning of a lifetime!

Not even an hour later, and a long commute to work, all I could think about was getting to work so I can post my review!
These guys were great! I originally had scheduled an appointment for the weekend but had to reschedule. I had absolutely no issues in doing so and they were very accommodating. They showed up on time and were ready to begin. We did a walkthrough of which rooms were to be cleaned and pointed out problem areas. After about an hour and a half, they were done!

I used this company almost a year ago now and they ruined all our base boards. I was getting our grouts cleaned. I didn’t complain to the company but I never used them again. Shame really. Now that we purchased a new home, I looked into using another company to the same job.

This is a very efficient, timely, professional, and great service delivery company. They quickly took the appointment and showed up promptly ready to go. When they were ready to start they explained everything they were going to do, verified what was needed, and confirmed the price. There was no attempt to go out of their way to up sell you something you didn’t need. It was just good old fashioned customer service.
If they hit something that they needed to ask a question about, they did so professionally. All work was very thoroughly done, including multiple attempts to remove any tough stains.
I would use them again in a heartbeat. I suggest you call them now if you need or want this service.

Man, these guys are fast! They arrived at 8:30 and we walked through the house talking about rooms and adding onto the service. While setting up the hoses they put corner protectors up so that they didn’t rub the corners. The did our family room, master, one child room and hallway in an hour and a half (Set up and clean up included). I totally thought they would be here forever. The gentlemen were very professional and didn’t mind our 3 year old wanting to watch them. Other services took an hour for the living room only, I would totally recommend Pristine Fine Carpet Cleaning to everyone.
We will have them back to do the stairs and the other 2 bedrooms in the Summer.

These guys rocked. Our Realtor recommended them and now I know why. The were quick, but only because they didn’t need to move furniture since we haven’t moved in yet. They did everything twice since they said the shampoo from who ever cleaned it last was still int he carpet. They said that might be why we were having allergy issues. Stains gone. Cat Hair gone. Freshly carpet clean smell, now here.
Jose and his crew were right on time. They setup little corner protectors, sprayed with shampoo and started the upstairs areas and once that was done he and one guy left, leaving one guy to do downstairs. Very efficient. The prices might not be the cheapest but there is a reason.

Great service, great price. I love that this is a family-​owned business. We probably do our carpets four times a year (white carpet + toddler = ug) and they can always fit us in. They are timely, reliable, polite and I feel comfortable that we always have the same crew come out.
We had one spot on our carpet that kept coming back, so they even replaced a piece of our carpet pad as a test for no charge. Very nice.
My only complaint is that occasionally I have a hard time getting a hold of them by phone.

We just moved out of our apartment in Albany, and desperately needed to get the carpet cleans. I finally called Pristine after doing extensive research on carpet cleaning companies. Even though they are based out of Brentwood, Pristine had no problem coming out to Albany. Jose and his assistant were EARLY, waiting patiently in their van in front of the house when I got to the apartment. They were quiet and very professional, and finished cleaning the carpets after 30 minutes! The carpets looked great!
* Cost of the carpet cleaning: $ 89 for a deep steam carpet clean in three rooms (A special deal on their website — a very competitive price)
* Another plus: Pristine is BBB accredited too, which I think is important for a service company that you are having come into your home. (Better Business Bureau)
