First time here definitely a return customer tried the sns color and loved it! everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Very clean environment and like the alternative to the gel and acrylic

Went in today for the first and last time to get a gel manicure. First off the lady who did my nails was on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. Second she kept on wiping her running nose with her bare hands and then touching my hands. Lastly, all of my nails are shaped differently, she filled them all differently. Didn’t like the service at all.

I when in to get a gel manicure. Lady charges me $ 23 so I paid $ 27 total with tip. I noticed the sign that says $ 20 for gel mani when I was walking out and went back in to ask why she charged me 23 instead of 20. She said $ 3 to take off gel that I had on before. Who the freak charges extra to take off when you’re getting new ones from them? I told the lady no where else charges. I walked out. I wish I would’ve noticed the sign before paying, then I would’ve paid that extra fee to take off my gel with her tip. Never coming here again!

Greatest Nails has the most friendly and professional staffs compared to other nail salons i have been to. I always have Deluxe Manicure and every time, I have never left unhappy with the results. Staffs here do know and care about their customers needs and satisfactions. Price seems a great deal to me since they only use high quality products on customers. Besides, i like the atmosphere here, it’s relaxing and inviting. So loved it. I will keep coming back here.

Went in to get my nails done and the lady did a great job I am more then satisfied with the out come of my nails, it’s my eyebrows that I am completely dissatisfied with. I’ve been in before and the lady who normally does my eyebrows wasn’t there so I tried someone different and I hate it. The only reason I’m even giving 4stars is because I’ve had such great experiences before and it is a «NAIL» spa after all

The ladies here were very nice… Like REALLY nice, but I’m going to review the SNS nails. Their produce doesn’t look good on the samples, and it didn’t look good on my nails. It turned out a bit gritty and uneven. The colors are not true to sample and it was very thick. I feel bad writing this, because they were very sweet.
My tip is to stick to GEL () until they have mastered this technique. Hold out until people post nice pictures of their SNS nails.

Not impressed. The pedicure was good but the gel manicure sucked. I can already tell it’s going to peel off. The lady seemed super annoyed that I kept asking her to fix her mistakes. She also over charged me by 10 dollars and then was even more annoyed that I asked her to give me cash instead of trying to refund my card (she didn’t seem to know how to do it).
Most likely will not be coming back!

AWFUL… spend an extra $ 2 – 3 and go to another nail salon!
1. Male nail tech goes through the motion of pushing back the cuticles on my toes– most cuticles weren’t even pushed back
2. Proceeds to start doing the callus remover WITHOUT asking if i would like the service that is an additional $ 5. When i tell him that i don’t want this service, he gives me a strange look and says, «What?! you need it, you have dry skin!!»
3. Massage: what massage?
4. Polish: uneven, streaky, left polish all over the skin on my toes

Great service but. I’d advise you to pay with cash. I decided to pay with cc and my cc company noticed. Unwanted charges. And my last thing I payed was from this place. Scary.

Great service, as I relaxed in the massage chair I enjoyed a cold water and watched Mrs Doubtfire, my full set and French pedicure came out amazing, and Kathy did the cutest design ! Definitely going to recommend to my family and I’ll be going back for sure, great experience and EXTREMELY relaxed!

I go here because i love this place everyone is friendly. I see Kathy she is amazing my mom also goes here and her first gel pedicure was to die for, so comfy and welcoming. I’ve been going here for almost a year and Cathy is so charming and does the best manicure, acrylics & pedicure you name it she can do it. I highly recommend this place and her.

Lisa did my nails! She was very sweet and chatted with me throughout the time she spent doing my nails. The salon does an okay job but I’ve been to better places.

Not even worth the $ 12 for a basic manicure. 24 hrs later and polish is almost all fallen off. Doesn’t even look like any work was done on them, still need cuticles removed and dirt under my nails. The shape is also not don’t well. Corners are pointy and sharp.

WARNING! STAY AWAY!!! My sister and I decided to walk in to get a pedi and gel nails. Big Mistake! My nails were done by a male manicurist. The gels were applied on too thick which left bubbles. Also, gels on one side of all my nails were stuck to my skin and the other side were not filled in properly. When I pointed this out to him he blamed it on me. He said it was because I kept moving my hands. REALLY!!! Pedicure was awful as well. Don’t be fooled by the $ 15 pedicure and $ 20 gel manicure. You’ll end up spending a lot more. I was robbed $ 75.00 for 2 pedi and 1 gel. I ended up going to another nail salon crying and having the gels removed as soon as I left. My regret is that I paid $ 75.00 and I didn’t complain properly to the manager. By the way, my sister’s pedicure was just as horrible and it was done by another female manicurist. Shows they all stink!!!

I had a great experience with Kathy. I had a gel mani with acrylics and pedi plus I got my eyebrows waxed. Everyone was really nice and professional. I read some of the posts about this salon and to be honest, people are too harsh. This is a great salon.

ZERO stars!!! My daughter’s nails are hideous. She kept asking him to do something about the blobs of gel but he’d just pretend to sand a little then kept telling her to keep them under the blue light. Her cuticles were chewed up but usually they look great after a manicure at other salons. The pictures are just a few hours after the visit. Gross right?!!

These ladies are always so nice! They do an excellent job Tina is one of the few people who can do my eyebrows well, Mindy did my 5 year olds Mani pedi for just 12 bucks with a frozen design for FREE!!! Thia place is clean which is a must since my daughter has a weak immune system and I do not trust her health to just anyone.

Extremely disappointed! I chose this salon for its proximity to the freeway and the place I needed to be next. Bought a gel manicure and regular pedicure totalling $ 40 without tip. The male manicurist did a gel manicure and left me with bizarre lines on the gel, uneven filing and gel on my skin. Granted I keep my nails very short, there is no excuse for the lines. As for my toenails, a total disaster! Pink nail polish on my skin and cuticles, didn’t bother to clean under the nails, and the 5 minutes massage that came with the package wasn’t even the full time. When I asked him to clean under the nails because you could see the sock lint/​whatever even after the paint job, he disregarded my concern. Two people walked in the door and he was more concerned about getting them sat and prepared than finishing my job. Came in for a quick relaxing mani/​pedi before work and left pissed.
I write this as I am having my nails corrected at Bella Nails and Spa further down on Imperial towards the mall. (This place is morr expensive, has higher quality chairs and workers that care about their work and I highly recommend them.) Needless to say, I will not be going back to Greatest Nails and Spa.

I can’t even begin to tell you how horrible this salon is. DONT COME HERE. If you want to be sitting for over two hours with hardly any service then for sure come here. If you’re a realistic person with a life and things to do then avoid this place at all costs. My sister and I were seated and waited so long for our nails to be done they took many other customers and tended to them and completely ignored us. My sister had foil on her fingers for two hours and asked like 5 employees if they could just take it off because she was late for her appointment and they spoke Vietnamese to each other and deliberately ignored us. FINALLY they came over to her and gave her the nail tools TO REMOVE THE POLISH HERSELF. (I took a picture I will be posting)
This place is an utter mess. They don’t even sterilize their tools just please save your money, time, and health and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I have gone to this nail salon since they first opened a few years back but, today might’ve been the WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD.
I went into the salon asking for a pedicure and a gel manicure. A nice woman quickly began to work on my pedi. Five minutes into my pedi a gentleman walked into the salon. He sat in the waiting area for about 10 minutes until his phone conversation started to get very «personal». He then got up and walked to the back room of the salon, that is when I realized he worked there as well.
When the lady was almost done with my pedi the man came out of the back room (still on his personal call) and started to say something to the lady working on me. He then proceeded to say in an irritated voice, «Why wouldn’t you say anything?», thrown off by his tone I had no idea he was talking to me. I then said, «excuse me?» and he said «why wouldn’t you say anything!?» and I responded with a bothered, «I didn’t know I was supposed to.»
He then began to angrily set up his station to begin on my gel manicure. Seeing his attitude and being completely thrown off by his annoyance I told him I didn’t want to do a manicure anymore (even though that was the primary reason I went to the salon). He then, expressing his irritability, said «I’LL DO IT FOR YOU NOW.» I quickly said, «No, I do not want you to.»
I sat there confused and completely weirded out by what had just happened. The woman finishing my pedicure must’ve seen the look on my face because she tried comforting me and then had another worker, Mindy, take care of my mani. Both women were complete sweethearts. However, the gentleman PETER, was a flat out ASSHOLE! 5 minutes into Mindy working on my manicure he was telling her something in their language (I could tell her was angry with her) then told me «I thought you didn’t want a manicure?» and I simply said, «I changed my mind.»
I work in the service industry and for someone who makes a living off of their tips you really shouldn’t get sassy with someone who does not deserve it.
Peter was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will definitely be making this incident known to the salon owner.
