Very personable local office staff but by the time the main central State Farm group processes the policies, something seems to get lost in the hand off where many small or large glitches occur that I have not experienced with other national insurers such as Gieco. Disappointing initial experience as one would expect a more tailored, accurate service locally. But I’ll see as sometimes things need to settle in place after some initial miscues.

Not even worth one star. Something happened to this agent and his company because they went from exceptional service over the years to just plain awful in 2013.

The worst customer service of any State Farm agent or agency in over 40 years of being with State Farm. Ridiculous… And no this is not a function of recent flooding situation.
