Terrible agent who cares little about her customers. I was with Am Fam for 10 years and this agent for 6. During that time I might have contacted them only a few times so not a problem customer.
The one time I had a claim and called them for info they immediately referred me to the 800 number. I’m not sure what they really do for customers at all except write new policies.
I didn’t care much that they didn’t help until a recent error in their office caused a very big problem. Office staff person was indifferent so I emailed agent directly. She never responded at all. The issue was potentially very serious and not to bother to contact your client then not bother to respond?
Needless to say I changed agents and may change insurance company all together as it doesn’t seem important to AmFam.
AmFam has been a great company but this agent is the worst and may cause my business all together with AmFam.
There are many other caring and competent agents to choose.
