History

Established in 2014.

Maserati Beverly Hills recently joined The Auto Gallery’s family, in April 2014. The Auto Gallery now operates three Maserati dealerships: Calabasas, Van Nuys and Beverly Hills; as well as two Maserati service centers, in West LA and in Canoga Park.

Our Beverly Hills showroom is the home for Maserati, McLaren and Pagani, making it one of the best destination for exotic cars in Los Angeles.

Since its founding, The Auto Gallery has grown its reach to include three McLaren dealerships, two Maserati stores, two FIAT franchises and one store each for Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Pagani. The group is still growing today with new additions being announced regularly.

The Service Department team of Juan, Joel and Ivy, made my shopping experience before Christmas a very memorable one. They all went above the call of duty in ensuring I was happy with my purchases and I was.
Although there is another Maserati Service Center more conveniently located to me, I would be hard pressed not to return to the Grandville Ave. shop for all my sfuture service needs.

This is an update to my previous review:
After having an initial bad experience the folks at AutoGallery Maserati (mainly Manfreid and Mindy) really went out of their way to address my concerns.
A lot of the issue centered around a warranty that was actually confusing for all involved. It really was not their fault and they accommodated me with extras that pleased me.
When all was said and done I feel I was able to get a phenomenal car at a very, very good price. I was researching 2013 Porsche 911’s for months and this was literally the best deal in the country for this car! I’m really pleased with the AutoGallery and hope that people will visit them when in the market for exotic automobiles!

Excellent service and customer service. Joe Clapsaddle was my sales associate and he made the experience so easy and convenient. His level of customer service and demeanor convinced me to not want to look anywhere else. I have to say the deal that I got was also excellent. Joe stayed after-​hours to make sure I take my new Maserati home the same day, fully cleaned and explained the car to me in detail patiently.
I have recommended this dealership and Joe to several friends. This is the kind of dedication and customer service that makes you want to go back in the future. Joe thank you for being so nice and making the process so pleasurable.

Sometimes you just wonder who is running places like this. I went to their WLA service dept, with a simple TMPS light. I talked to some old shirt guy who was extremely rude. I just asked if a mechanic could put a scanner on it or if it was something he could easily clear. He said he he couldn’t and I couldn’t even leave the car. He said we are scheduling appointments for about a month away. This is my local Maserati dealer and I live 1 mile but he told me if I wanted anything sooner to drive an hour away to their other location. This is suppose to be Highend customer service? If you’re that busy wouldn’t you hire more techs? 3 – 4 weeks? And the old guy was completely rude.

First, their service department tried to bait and switch me. Quoted me $ 899 for the 2 year service with a coupon they had over the phone because «they like to take care of their family», I wasted my morning just to show up and they claimed there was no such coupon and service was $ 1199.
Second, went in to sell my car, after waiting 30 mins for a salesperson (Peter) to finally show up (they claimed they didn’t know I was waiting even though I checked in with the receptionist) the sales guy tried to give me the run around saying they didn’t just «curb price» cars and that I’d need to buy one for the best deal, etc… literally 3 hours later after having to test drive three cars and finally convince him I was only interested in selling the manager Chad gave me the price (same as trade in) and we filled the paperwork to sell. I saw the car listed for sale the very next day for a $ 15k premium over what they bought.
Now, over two weeks later, even after multiple calls to the manager Chad and assistant manager Manfried, I still don’t have my check for what they owe me for the car (which they originally said I’d walk out with) and I found out they didn’t payoff my loan within the 10 day window they had for the payoff quote which caused more financing fees to accrue!
Whether it’s sheer incompetence or maliciousness, avoid this dealership at all costs and save yourself the legal headaches, it’s not worth your time.

For anyone that ever has NOT enjoyed buying a car MUST buy a car from here. I typically buy a car or two a year and I tend to be very particular. That being said all I can say is WOW. Really. What an amazing experience.

Manager Chad Hopkins went above and beyond to make my first Maserati purchase world class. I went to a different dealer in the valley first who tried to bait and switch me on a more expensive car.
Chad found me the exact car I wanted and gave me an incredible deal… it literally was the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had.

I would highly recommend Chad & Louis on the sales end. They were very transparent and easy to work with as I made a seamless transition from a Porsche Turbo to a Maserati Grand Tourismo. If you buy a Maserati from anywhere else you’re making a big mistake. We got our car from Lois who was terrific. We got a fair price on our trade in and they transferred my personalized plates as well. But it’s the General Manager of the dealership Chad who steals the show. He’s fantastic. Great guy and really helpful.
After purchasing the car the dealership goes the extra mile as well. After buying the car Mindy at the dealership called just to offer her assistance with anything I needed. She was great. Helped me set up a service appointment and made sure they took very good care of me.
Through the purchase and after as well it’s been a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else.

Natalie Payne is the absolute best and she was the reason we bought a new car from Maserati.
My partner and I went into Maserati/​McLaren Beverly Hills to look for a car on Friday (2⁄6) and by Sunday (2⁄8) we ended up buying one of the beautiful floor models, a 2015 Ghibli (fully loaded and customized).
We test drove cars at other local Beverly Hills dealerships and even though we did like a few, the staff’s attitude ultimately turned us off from going through and buying their vehicle. This was not the case with Natalie. She was warm, friendly, personable, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Maserati brand and the available customizations. It was very impressive to hear Natalie talk about each vehicle in detail and she clearly showed that she is an expert in Maserati and luxury car sales. Once we finally decided on the car we wanted, she walked us through the whole process from start to finish and made it so easy and enjoyable.
We are so happy with our purchase and with Natalie. We’re looking forward to buying cars from her in the future and referring our family and friends.

I went in to purchase a new Maserati. The salesman Jeff promised me a price over the phone. He refused to email me a confirmation. When I got there he assured me that he could give me that price and that he would need my credit ran before he could do it.
After over 3 hours of waiting for him. He came back to rudely advise me that «How important is $ 40 a month to your lifestyle, you wouldn’t even miss it». He followed up that comment with «I know your type, you don’t care about the car so long as it says Maserati on it». Then he came back to quote me a price several thousands of dollar above what he promised.
When I asked him why, he said it’s because the car he had me drive is more optioned than the other one. I told him the other one is fine. He said he just sold it and that I should buy the upgraded one.
It not only felt like a bait and switch but moreover like the salesman was not respectful of my time. Lastly, I feel that it is dishonest to bring someone in and promise a deal that you can’t deliver on. He shouldn’t have run my credit or lied to me.
If you make a promise, you should deliver. In the age of the internet, never lie to a customer. Unfortunately my experience with this dealership is tarnished and I strongly recommend that you don’t shop here but rather find a better deal online or at any one of the other dealers that sell these cars.
If you are willing to drive a little out of your way you can get a much better deal minus the sleezy used car salesmanship.

What makes an auto dealership top tier? Is it just the cars and availability? While those are important I think it’s more about the people. I have been very fortunate to have had purchased many cars in the past. And let’s face it one of the things that most people dislike about auto sales is the feeling of haggling and wondering if you are getting an equitable and fair deal. That’s were this place is different. From the way you are greeted at the door, to the way there isn’t any annoying purchasing pressure. Just warm smiles and amazing cars. McLaren is there also so give yourself an additional 15 minutes to sit in one of those and snap some selfies.
If you step into this dealership ask for Manfried Von Imbior. He is one of the sales managers and is one of those individuals that is filled with immeasurable knowledge of his brand and other exotic level automobiles. Two Porsches, Lamborghini, Ferrari and now Maserati. Manfried has made all those purchases great experiences. He is a very genuine person and will make you feel taken care of.
