Infiniti of BH, I thought so highly of you until you reeled me back into your store with a bogus promotion. I received something in the mail saying that my scratch off lottery numbers matched the numbers printed on the mailer and that I was a winner. When I came in to claim my prize I was presented with a flyer from «fun​re​wards​foryou​.com» which is a scam company that promises two nights free nights but never delivers and asks you to pay a couple of hundred dollars up front. Infiniti of BH, I have lost my faith in you.

Just got an amazing offer on a qx60 ask for Jovanny he will give you a amazing deal. Trust me I was just at Van Nuys and there deal did not compare. I am very disappointed with Van Nuys dealership should have visited Beverly hill first.

Great service at this location. I went and talked to the team there. They took me in listened to my situation and then took care of it. Even cleaned my car out which was awesome. If you have an Infiniti I would definitely recommend it.

Went in to use a $ 25 oil change coupon. Service rep was professional and courteous. Called me later in the day to tell me my 2003 FX45 that is worth ~8K needed $ 11K worth of repairs. I took the car to an independent mechanic who said there literally nothing wrong with the car!

Infiniti’s service department at its Beverly Hills location is by far one of the best service experiences I’ve had.
In the last several years since I’ve owned an Infiniti, particularly Elias has provided exceptional service and care for all my car’s needs. He really goes over and beyond what is required for his job position. In all seriousness, I’m even considering not buying a Tesla next to stay with Infiniti just so that I can still receive the level of service that Elias provides. I highly recommend Infiniti of Beverly Hills.

Went back for the detailing, as I was offered. And this time it was done very well, plus I got full tank of free gas.

Car buying is awful, and made even worse when you are faced with a patronizing jerk like one of the managers here! I won’t name names, but he was rude, had an obnoxious attitude, short, over weight at the start of a receding hairline. I asked him one simple question about the difference between a Infiniti Certified vehicle, and the vehicle point inspection that you can pay for when you bring in your car to get serviced. After repeating the same question THREE times, and receiving an unclear, ambiguous and patronizing response by Mr Inifniti himself, I had to raise my voice to repeat myself to shoot down his incorrect and patronizing answer.
Along with that awful «manager» on our way out, the car that we drove there to see had a dead battery, which we had to wait for 45 minutes to become resolved. Our unhelpful and careless salesman, had us wait in the cold to have the mechanics run back and forth with jumpers and then a charger, all while we locked the first set of keys in the car. When we finally got to driving the car, it was definitely having mechanical issues.
All in all, I would never give my business to a place that employs people like this.

and submitted a credit application online. I received a call from Rusty a few hours later and set a day to come in and look at the vehicle. As soon as I arrived, the vehicle was in front of the dealership with a piece of paper that had my name on it. As I walked in, I was greeted by the entire staff. Rusty was polite and friendly. You can tell he went the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of my purchase. I will definitely recommend other people to come and check Infiniti of Beverly Hills out.

I am not new to the car-​buying experience, between personal and company cars we are talking about 9 in the last 10 years. Until the other day, I have never been to a dealership that made it a goal for me not to buy/​lease a car.
I wanted to change my daily driver to an Infiniti. I requested a quote from Costco Auto and they had the dealership contact me. That was the one and only time that Thomas called and left a message. I tried to call back, but after 4 unreturned phone calls, I figured they must have something more important to do; you know, than sell cars.
Being that I was determined to get an Infiniti, at that point, I drove to the dealership about an hour and one half before I had a meeting on that side of town. That may not be enough time to close a deal, but it is more than enough time to get all the numbers together and see if it is actually worthwhile. Came in and asked for Thomas, who was unavailable, so they sent Ray to assist me. We looked at one or two cars, I told him that I was there through the Costco program, that the only way I was gonna get a car is if it was a worthwhile deal (most of my cars usually are). Quite some time has already passed, so I asked that they run the numbers on the model I was interested in, call me, and I will come by if the deal is a good one.
I left, got done with my meeting, and It was close to closing time but still no call. I called in and was told that they were too busy with other customers to run the numbers on my deal. That is understandable and I don’t blame them; if someone is there and ready to buy a car they should be a top priority. I was promised a call-​back the next day, with all the information, and that call never came. This left a real sour taste in my mouth.
I do not know what it was. Maybe they did not think it was worth their time to run numbers on a car? Maybe Costco Auto program does not give them enough profit? Maybe they are just doing great and don’t need my business. Either way, had Lexus, Audi, and another Infiniti dealer already contact me, send me some rough numbers, and even offered to pick me up from work to do a test drive at my convenience (I will do a review on them if when I lease one of the cars). These were some prime examples of being a customer-​oriented business; something that Infiniti of Beverly Hills lacks.

It is hard for me to leave this review because I want to leave a ⁵⁄₅ and a ¹⁄₅.
In a nutshell, Seth saved the day. I purchased an infinite recently and up until the owner got involved, I had a few awful experience with their customer service here. Upon purchasing my car, I was not shown how to operate the convertible. In fact, I wasn’t shown how to operate any options on the car, but it was the end of the night and I think everyone just wanted to get home.
So, I left the dealership and had an accident with the convertible roof because the sales team left something in the trunk where you are not supposed to put anything! There is even a do not place luggage her sign. Anyways, I called the dealership the next day and Mike, the manager argued with me that anything happens after I leave the dealership is my fault. I explained the negligence on their part by placing a piece in the trunk, and not showing me how to operate the convertible function. After calls back and forth, my father calling etc, Mike agreed to pay half of the cost. I thought this was fair and I agreed.
I brought in the car to have it fixed and the car was returned to me with a careless job and covered in dirt. Additionally, I had to wait for over an hour when I scheduled a pick up time on purpose, and Sal from the sales team would say its on it way every time I would ask. So at this point, I’m hating infinite, my whole experience, and especially the sale people. I get my car and I just can’t believe the work — it was a piece of crap.
I was minutes away from leaving the most horrid review on Unilocal when I spotted Seth’s number. Seth is the owner at infinite. I called him and he returned my call promptly with an, «we will do whatever it takes.»
Seth had a loaner car driven out to me, the service dept took my car for repair, they called me every day to check in, and when I received the car back, they did a spectacular job. In addition, Sal told me a part that I needed for the car was going to take over 2 months or more to come in, and the owner made it happen within days.
I am now extremely happy with my beautiful car. I love the infinite and I love Seth for the experience he gave me. I hate everyone else there because they flat out don’t give a crap about you unless you are buying a car. Once you buy the car, forget about it. If you are counting on the owner, you can count on him.
I don’t know what else to say. He gets a perfect score and the dealership without him blows. Their score gets an overall 3 based an the average of my two experiences.

Though I was there to look at a used, more economical model, I was treated as if I were purchasing a top-​of-​the-​line Infiniti. Nicholas (Nick) was super-​cool and honest, and the entire staff worked with me to make the purchase happen. I will look to them, and Nick, first for any future car purchase.

I have more positive reviews than negative… and I have purchased autos from Hummers to Hondas, Porsche to Cadillac… never have I been treated so horribly.
We were forced to wait 40 minutes for an appraisal on a trade-​in. Something that should have taken 20 minutes. We were passed from Sr to Jr salesman. It was like a horrible shell game. It made no sense to us.
We came in with cash and a trade in, and we were left and treat like 3^rd class citizens. Just a terrible sales team. Infinity of Valencia, or even Van Nuys is a better bet.
Save yourselves the «Beverly Hills Attitude» Shop elsewhere. They don’t deserve your business.

If there was a zero star option that’s what I would put for this dealership.
Beverly Hills! Wow, You’d think a dealership here would be held at a higher standard. NOPE.
I don’t even use Unilocal but I am currently so frustrated that I signed on just to write this review. I purchased my 2015 Q50 with Nima and Thomas (a «manager») in Nov.
1. Nima is probably the Worst salesman on deck. If you meet someone named Nima please tell them I sent you just to tell him he’s a scumbag. He lies to you about everything and if there is a problem he tells you he will «take care» of it and call you back. He doesn’t call you back and he ignores your calls. He sets an appointment with you to meet at the dealership and simply does not show up that whole day. Even his fellow coworkers/​boss did not know where he was. I took time off and came all the way from work to match his schedule and he just simply does not show up. It’s common courtesy to at least let someone know before not showing up to an appointment you made. I call him a week later regarding a spare key that he promised and he changes the story and says they never received one. Okay.
Cherry on top: he laughs about not showing up to meet. He is so rude.
2. This is where Danny Marmanillo comes in and «saves» the day. I purchased my car but found a scratch on the bottom. He sends the car to the shop and semi fixes the problem and gives me his number as he says he «never» ignores phone calls.
At this point I am thinking what an angel.
Everything is forgiven.
Well, let’s just say he lied too.
What is so dam hard about getting me my spare key that was promised? HONESTLY.
3. Thomas Cook is supposed to be the manager… Managing… but clearly can not manage since this sitution is not being handled correctly. He does not answer his emails either.
Like management like employees.
Which is hilarious because he called himself a fair and educated man.
Yea a PhD in unprofessional & shady management.
There are hundreds of other dealerships DON’T come to this one.
Don’t waste your time like I did. Please.
I also hope Nima Danny and Thomas get to read this comment because they should know their level of customer service.

after being lied to at Monrovia, getting treated bad at Van Nuys and just having to deal with Glendales BS who keep changing the deal after they said its final several times and not being able to match prices from other dealers. I live in Glendale and drove to Infiniti of Beverly Hills where they gave me a deal that no one els did on 2 new Q50’s! at the same time, one for me and one for my mom. this place was amazing I spoke to them over the phone for like tow days with their associate Tony who was amazing in getting me a solid deal that Glendale and Van Nuys said forget it and told me «go if its true». Our other sales associate Danny was very friendly, helpful and stayed over his time till all our paperwork was complete.
i was surprised that we couldn’t get a better deal or service in other places because we told them we were there for 2 cars but they just couldn’t do what this guys did here.
I would definitely recommend this dealer!!!

Walked in, met Sal, bought an SUV.
I did research online, checked deals, ran comparatives– all helped in putting things in perspective…
Infinity comes fully loaded, service was great, nice dealership owner who is hands on.
Recommendation: take at least 3 hours to test drive, negotiate and do paperwork.

Came in to look at the Q50s after stopping by BMW of Beverly Hills. Customer service was excellent. Decided to go with the Q50s. Never thought that I would own an Infiniti, since my entire family owns Lexus, but the Q50 is a new bread for infinity. Very happy customer.

After receiving a message from Seth to contact him, Seth has followed through on everything that the other’s failed to deliver on. Specifically Dan Clearly and Roubie who were not able to able to deliver on their promise.

I went car shopping at «Infiniti of Beverly Hills» last Tuesday to look for a new vehicle.
I was greeted by «Nima» who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently.
Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like «Nima» delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.
I will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead.

Shady is the keyword here. If I could give them any less stars, I would. If I could PAY to give them less stars, I would do that as well. I should have read the reviews here before even considering them. I went through hell and beyond dealing with this dealership and it’s still not resolved. The salesman’s name: Nathaniel. Contract date: 5−17−15 Let’s do a quick re-​cap.
— Contract was written for more than the agreed price and the terms were Changed! After catching the «mistake» I was promised they wouldn’t deposit my initial deposit but to instead opt for a slightly higher monthly payment. How and why the contract was changed? The internet manager made a mistake. — Right.
— My deposit check was deposited 2 days after above mentioned «conversation» took place. Interesting.
— Had me wait 3 weeks before getting the money back, but in the meantime they gave me the good old run around story. «We will mail it tomorrow» they said, «It’s with Fedex» they said. I ended up driving back there, had me wait for over 1 hour before finally releasing the funds. Did I mention that they DEMANDED that I send them a copy of my bank statement as proof that they did in fact deposit the check? I mean, their brilliant accountant couldn’t just verify this info right?
— Spare key issue which also ended up being the biggest issue. When we were negotiating, the salesman, Nathaniel informed me that the spare-​key had not been returned by the previous owner, but I was promised, and I also have it written, that the spare key would be delivered to me «tomorrow and then next day and then next week» since May! You wouldn’t believe the amount of time I have wasted contacting this specific salesman. The thing is, «you» are multi-​million dollar company. The issue escalated way past the spare key and moved on to principal and ethics. After everything «you» put me through, a client, a customer, the LEAST you could do is to spend $ 150 of your own company’s money to get the spare key as originally promised. But that would be just too much to ask right? I mean, this whole transaction was flawlessly executed.
So here we are, over 2 months have passed, and I still don’t have the spare-​key.
My last conversation with Nathaniel via text ended with him saying, and I quote: «Not once have you thanked me, I did this for another customer once and actually got the key and guess what he did, he wrote me a thank you letter and a gift certificate to dinner»
Are you out of your mind? You want me to THANK YOU and send you a certificate to dinner? OK, so, what would you like? Red Lobster? Boa Steakhouse? Do you have any idea how RIDICULOUS that sounds? YOU caused all these problems, YOU gave EMPTY promises, and YOU want my thanks? Get me they key as originally promised, and only then will I consider «thanking you». I’m not comfortable knowing someone else has the key to my car. NO ONE would be comfortable with that.
To anyone reading this, stay as far away as you can, there are hundreds of other dealerships out there, pick one, ANY ONE of them except for this. You will regret ever stepping foot inside their offices. If you ever find a car that’s SLIGHTLY cheaper here than other dealerships? It’s a TRAP! Go to the next lowest thing — you won’t regret it.
Oh, and I also have lots of text messages between me and Nathaniel proving everything that is written here to be true. He acknowledges Everything, every single issue with a different date of delivery. From the check, to the contract, to the spare key.
Stay, away. For your own good.

Let’s be honest, hardly anyone likes going to a car dealer, but these guys are actually a pretty good dealership. What’s most impressive is that they were honest. Ive bought a lot of cars and every dealership I go to always seems to be hiding something or they’re just not being up front.
Not these guys. Everything was as described.
Purchased a 2014 Q50S from these guys a couple of weeks ago and I have been impressed. The car was as advertised and the price was very fair as it was $ 1000 cheaper than a comparable Q50 at Carmax. The Carmax car had more miles, wasnt certified, and didnt have the Deluxe Touring Package.
Even the finance person helped me get a better rate on my loan. I came in with a 3.75% rate from USAA and they got me a 2.89% rate from Infiniti. I was reluctant at first because I thought they just wanted to sell me their financing, they actually got me a lower rate like they said.
I was going to drop a star because I think they could be a little faster getting people out the door once the deal is agreed to, BUT their finance did get me a really good rate, so it was worth the wait for her to run the numbers and save me some cash.
