In addition to our inventory of new McLaren models and used McLaren MP4−12C, our showroom also hosts an extensive selection of rare, exotic, classic and luxury vehicles. Located just off Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, our dealership is also the home for Maserati of Beverly Hills and Pagani.

Our Los Angeles McLaren dealer will answer any questions you might have on a new McLaren or on our used inventory. McLaren-​savvy and car enthusiasts, our representatives are very knowledgable about the brand and the models. They will guide you through your research and purchase, in a professional and hassle-​free environment.

Besides our sales team, The Auto Gallery operates two McLaren service centers, one in West Los Angeles and one in Canoga Park. Our staff of certified McLaren technicians is trained to service and repair any McLaren vehicle as required. In addition to our McLaren service departments, The Auto Gallery operates seven service locations and our customers can drop their car wherever is more convenient.

History

Established in 2012.

Founded in 2001, The Auto Gallery group has grown from three to ten franchises in the Los Angeles area and recently in Scottsdale, Arizona. We currently operate factory authorized dealerships for Maserati, Lamborghini, Porsche, Audi, McLaren, Pagani and FIAT. Since June 2014, we are proud to add Alfa Romeo to our brands.

McLaren Beverly Hills’s showroom opened in 2012, same year as our Santa Monica FIAT dealership. In 2014, the group acquired Maserati of Beverly Hills and Van Nuys FIAT, opened a new McLaren and Maserati service center in West Los Angeles and became a key player in the come back of Alfa Romeo to the US.

Manager

Chad’s experience in the high-​end automotive industry makes him the ideal head for Maserati Beverly Hills. Previously Manager of The Auto Gallery Ferrari Maserati in Calabasas, Chad is now the Manager of our Maserati and McLaren showroom in Beverly Hills. His previous experience in the automotive industry makes him the perfect candidate for the job.

Chad is an excellent manager and his team knows how to provide the best customer service that goes with the purchase of an exotic vehicle such as a McLaren. I called this dealer to try to work a deal on a 2014 Rolls Royce Wraith they had for sale for my boss. I spoke with their sales rep named Frank. He was quite passive aggressive and rude to say the least. He was more worried about whether or not my boss could afford the car rather than making a deal. I made an offer of $ 255K on a car they were asking $ 269 for. This is not bad offer considering in the end I got the exact same car for that price at another dealer who was asking the same price. He basically said he will look for another car for me and will call me back. I told him unless the other car was exactly like the one I called about, we were not interested and I asked him to counter offer me and he said he would call me back. 24 hours past and he never called, so I called back again. Frank picked up the phone and was again rude. I told him I wanted an answer on the offer I made, and he told me, «I’ll tell you what, how about I will give you a thousand bucks off and I can sell you every car on the lot». Not too sure where that came from and at that point I told him I was done dealing with him and that I was interested in the car, but not from him because he is extremely rude and that I got more friendly service when I bought our company Prius. I was later called by the stores general manager named Chad who apologized and gave me a fair counter offer. Chad is what a salesman selling a quarter of a million dollar car should act like. He was polite and got to the point. Unfortunately I did not get back to Chad in time and the car sold to someone else. McLaren did not loose as sale in this case, but with Frank at the wheel, who knows how many other customers he has scarred off. Had I spoken to Chad we would probably have bought the car but because I wasted my time with Frank, I missed out on the car and went for another car in the end. Bottom line about McLaren of BH: probably a good dealer, but my experience with Frank resulted in 1 star. Frank has no business selling anything and certainly not high end cars. High end car, high end dealership, low end sales rep.

These guys made the trip and buying experience a blast! I’ve been to so many dealers over the course of 2 years and purchased at least 6 cars but I have to say these guys really go the extra mile to insure you are happy!
So I purchased a 2011 Mercedes SL63 from them, which for the most part was in very condition! It’s used so I expected some minor flaws but the one issue that concerned me was the keyless go didn’t work and I was missing a key. My sales guy Joe Van De Veere and his manager Manfried didn’t hesitate to say they will get me another key and have the keyless go fixed by a dealer out in Belmont close to me and would be more then happy to cover the cost. The following day, Joe contacted me and said they were able to locate the missing key from the previous owner and Fed-​Exed it 2 days over! I couldn’t ask for better service! Now all that’s left is to bring the car into a dealer to resolve the keyless go malfunction, which I believe is just a programming step.
The best part of the visit was being able to get behind of the wheels of a McLaren 650s. That’s an experience on it own! I will definitely pay them a visit the next time I’m in town or ready to purchase my next exotic car!

My boss was looking for another car for his collection and we went to a few of the dealerships in Beverly Hills and this place blew the rest out the water. We walked in and were almost immediately greeted by a really cool guy named Michael, from the New York, and he was straight forward and wasn’t trying to rip us off, like we felt they tried to do at the Bentley place nearby. My boss ended up falling in love with the McLaren and this dealership and will definitely be coming back in the near future for his next big car purchase. I saw some other reviews on here about Michael G, and they were spot on! By the end of the day, I was calling him McLaren Mike!
So far so good with the car. Will update the review after we bring it back in for our first service.

We leased a Maserati from here, and Jeff was very helpful. He gave us a very good deal on the white Maserati Ghibli that we wanted. We shopped around and did our due diligence, and he matched pretty closely to what we would get from some dealer in Thousand Oaks. My fiancé and I been checking out for Rolls Royce Ghost for awhile because we wanted to purchase it. We found a good deal off auto trader at this location so we called to make sure it was available. The guy Adam helped us out thru the phone so he was eager to sell the vehicle well of course he was because it was going to get PAID OFF. CASH!
Well we get there my fiancé and I dressed super casual. we know it’s Beverly Hills everyone dresses to impress but we work from home! We got attention right away from everyone and asked the lady for Adam. She didn’t even ask for my name or anything. So Adam didn’t know who we were. We walk up to his side where he’s «office» was located and he automatically judge us and said oh hold on! ill be back! I’m going to do a drive test with someone else, you’ll have to wait! So my fiancé tells him well what’s up man your not trying to sell me the ROLLS ROYCE! I swear he quickly changed he’s tone and knew he messed up. He probably thought we were some poor Latinos from Los Angeles coming in there trying to purchase a car with a loan. So we did a cashier check and tell me why they had us on a mission back and forth to the bank to get more money. It was a run around to get the car out the door! That I almost walked out. I told my fiancé we should have not gave them our business for shit but my fiancé didn’t want to waste anymore time hours later ugh. Months later after we had to get service done we couldn’t do nothing the dealership said with a confuse face asking me if I was really the owner or was my «dad» I told home «no» he said your name not under the car it’s someone else I believe the old owner and sure enough it was! The dumbass never switched info from old to new! So I decided to sell the dam vehicle and purchase brand new Rolls Royce ghost and new 2015 escalade for my father. I work for high end doctors all over California and to have this happen to me. I’d never forget. It still bugs the heck out of me. Sorry I wasn’t a celebrity but a grad student from USC. Never judge someone by how they look when they walk into a business because they might have 7.9m in there bank account and would never return to give you business ever again. Yup I’m only 25 and I would never come back here ever again!!!
