I’m a surgical nurse in the field of plastics and have worked with many well known plastic surgeons all over Beverly Hills. Hands down… Dr. AJ Khalil is THE best breast surgeon! He is the breast expert whether it be for augmentation or reconstructive. Watching him from consulting to the OR he knows exactly what he’s doing with pure confidence and he does it well.
My natural breast size was a small 32−34B. Dr. Khalil suggested that I go with 375cc high profile. We looked at 350cc but he said it would look too much like mine so I didn’t question his opinion and just totally went with what he recommended. I had my surgery just last Tuesday and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
I trust his opinion so much I didn’t even think twice about it and it resulted in a very VERY happy client. He’s super honest, no nonsense, and is a totally cool AF plastic surgeon. You will know what I mean when you meet him. Thank you, Dr. Khalil!

Dr. Khalil is not only a great surgeon but he has an awesome personality too, pretty easy going. I felt comfortable & confident with him right away. Before meeting with Dr. Khalil I did my research on him. I checked with the medical board, making sure he had no lawsuits or any malpractice. His record was excellent. Once I was satisfied, I then booked my surgery with him. It’s rare to find a surgeon who does good work, not overpriced and is board-​certified.
Dr. Khalil preformed two different surgeries on me. Feb/​2014 I had upper eyelid surgery. He did a fantastic job, my eyes look perfect. I’ve gotten so many compliments and now everyone around me wants it done too. I decided to be awake for this surgery. It was a very simple and easy surgery. Dr. Khalil & his nurses kept me relaxed and calm throughout the procedure.
June/​2014 Breast Aug Redo. I had my first implants done about 9 years ago. Over the course of years and pregnancy. My right breast fell lower and more into my armpit. So a little reconstructive work on me too. I went to sleep with my implants. The anesthesiologist was very friendly. I loved that he talked to me about my medical history. It was also the first time I woke up from anesthesia totally normal. I held my first surgeon to such high standards, it was hard for me to believe Dr. Khalil could outdo him, but he did! Khalil has performed various surgeries on people I know. My sister and friends. All very happy patients.
Dr. Khalil won’t suggest or convince surgery on his patients. I think he is more of a conservative when it comes to cosmetic surgery. I know most people love that about a surgeon, but not me, if I want something, I want it. He has told me no on procedures before. I prefer him as my surgeon and will continue with him, if I plan on getting another procedure.

Dr Khalil has been amazing. I’ve been coming for years and he’s done absolutely amazing work! Super happy! He’s a perfectionist! Definitely recommend him to anyone! Lovely and friendly staff as well!

I been going to Dr. Khalil since 2011. Prior to him, I would go to other plastic surgeons for consults but never felt comfortable with them or they would be in a hurry to leave the room, without really answering my questions. Of course that all changed when I meet Dr. Khalil for the first time. He made me feel VERY comfortable. He answered all my question & was very honest with every answer. Ever since then, he’s done my tummy tuck & both my breast augmentations (by choice).
After my tummy tuck, a year later I got pregnant. I would get comments from my gyno on how great of a job my plastic surgeon did! I would tell him (oh yes I know!) Even now people still get amaze on how great my stomach looks all thanks to Dr. Khalil.

Dr. A.J. Khalil is AMAZING! I heard about Dr. Khalil through a friend who also had breast augmentation over 2 years ago and looks great. It was very easy to make an appointment for a free consultation and once I went in I knew he would be my surgeon. His prices are also very reasonable for a Beverly Hills Surgeon. Dr. Khalil is very professional, easy going and very knowledgeable. The surgery was 2 hours long, I didn’t feel a thing and when I woke up I felt great. The first week post surgery was a process of sleeping, eating light food and taking Hydrocodon and no heavy lifting of my arms. I was very fortunate to have my boyfriend take care of me during my recovery. My post visits with Dr. Khalil have been once a week for the first month and once a month thereafter. Its been close to 2 months since my surgery and I love my new Boobies. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I was afraid of scarring but as of now, I see very little to no scares. Thank you Dr. Khalil.

It is not an understatement to say that Dr. Khalil’s expertise and magic changed my life. After losing half my body weight and finally getting healthy, I tried for 3 years of constant working out and toning exercises to get rid of my stubborn excess skin. However since I abused my body for so many years with poor eating habits and overall an inactive lifestyle, the excess skin from losing weight just wouldn’t go away. As one doctor put it, I had skin like a woman who gave birth to triplets and only surgery would remove all my excess skin.
I found Dr. Khalil by chance and am so thankful I did. From the first time I met him at my initial consultation, I felt immediately comfortable. I believe he’s from the Midwest (but I could be wrong) so he has this very easy going personality that immediately puts your fears and concerns at ease. He asked a few simple questions about what I wanted to change and not once did he suggest other procedures or tell me what I needed to change. Unlike other surgeons, he listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me at all. In terms of his skill, I have minimal scarring and anyone who has seen the surgery results are amazed. Most of the time people who have had procedures like mine (full tummy tuck and breast augmentation with lift), have pretty nasty scars. Not with Dr. Khalil — he really has magically skilled hands! One more thing that’s great about this doctor, he has Saturday appointments with free parking around the block and he’s always on time.
