We were looking for a place to transfer some pictures from some old floppy to CD and had no luck at all for a bit then we went to Reliatech only to find out they are closed permanently. They had a sign in the window to go to Nerd Crossing for honest reliable service. They honestly said transfer services start at $ 99. I politely said thank you and we gave up for the day. Then while in Berkeley a few minutes later saw this little shop on the corner of 6^th and Gilman and decided to stop. The gentleman inside told me $ 20. and he would get started today. I left him the floppy and we headed home. Just before we arrived he called and said he was finished and we could pick them up any time. So I hopped on the motorcycle and went back. The transfer was a total success. I then found out he was cash only and I had only $ 5. in my wallet so he took that and said you can pay the rest later. Rest assured I will pay him right away. What amazing customer service! If I need anything IT I will surely go back here and I’m also sure I’ll be giving another 5 star review.
So you know the shop is messy with computers running all over the place. Just what you want to see in a computer repair shop. You probably won’t see the tech when you walk in but you will see your face on the monitor behind the desk and the tech will greet you in mere seconds.
