History

Established in 2008.

In 2009 I had the delight of having my little girl, and was unable to put down my camera. Then I came to a conclusion that I would love t capture not only the memories I would forget but also the memories I can capture for you. I love uniqueness of portraits, the one of a kind feeling, pushing my limits and keep bring in creativity. I adore creating my own props even if its a simple headband to add cuteness to a newborns head or a elaborate background for a special session. All of my props are handmade by myself, so I can guarantee you will have a one of a kind session. In 2014 we opened the doors to our wonderful new studio located in Benicia CA, and we can’t wait to meet you there.

Wendy photographed my son as a newborn. I was a brand new Mom and nervous to be out and about let alone and ultra nervous about my son cooperating. Wendy showed that she was obviously experienced with newborns and my husband and I were impressed by her handling (so gentle and skilled for placement of little hands and feet). She even used white noise to help him stay asleep. During the session, my son got fussy and she patiently waited while I fed him. Wendy put us at ease and had some really great ideas. We were so happy with the final product and will use her again.

Beware of Wendy Warrick Photography! She is the most unprofessional photographer I’ve ever come across. We bought a first year package (newborn, 6 months, year) & as soon as we signed the contract she was horrible to work with. I only stuck around because I wanted the album & smash cake that were part of our package but now it’s not even worth it.
Here is the problem…
1) she makes booking a pain (& even forgets she booked you over a month ago so she rushes through your session)
2) she does not understand a tired cranky baby is not a good idea
3) she is not good at interacting with kids & getting them to smile (she’s a mom so these surprised me)
4) her outdoor photos are mediocre
5) she is rude & condescending (worst customer service ever) & full of herself
Feel free to share this info. I hope it saves any other family from having such a horrible experience trying to preserve your child’s first year memories.

Wendy is a great photographer! She took my daughter’s six month photos and I’m now considering having her take my daughter’s 1 year photos since she did such a great job. I would definitely recommend her.

I adore all of Wendy’s work! And I am so excited to get my pictures from her. She is a stunning lady with excellent people skills and tons of great ideas BUT to ice the cake when I had a few ideas of my own she took them in and tried it out. I love her style of work and how beautifully my pictures came out! Thank you Wendy! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Wendy is an amazing photographer. I was originally looking for someone take a couple of maternity pictures for my husband and I. My husband is in the military and I don’t work so we couldn’t afford much. I found Wendy on Travis bookoo and we set up a time and a place.
Wendy ended up taking A TON of photos all over downtown suisun! She did all completely free and was so sweet and patient. She gave us a choice of 3 photos from the photo shoot that she would give us at no charge. AMAZING!
I had to have Wendy do my sons pictures after he was born and I couldn’t be happier with how his pictures turned out. Our house is small and there isn’t a lot to work with but she brought her own back ground and props that really made the photos. After everything was all said and done Wendy worked with us on the price and created a custom package at a very reasonable amount. I will be using her for all of our future family photos and would highly recommend her over and over again.
