Hi, we have been working with Linda for the past five years, not only in her Realtor capacity but she also manages my properties I have in the Bay Area. We stay with her after many others bad experiences, because of many reasons, among them she is a very hard working honest, and family woman (this make her attention personalized because she takes in account all the personal difficulties of life and she is compassionate and sensible with issues that may affect any part of the business). She puts your interests first and it is very knowledgeable about the market. Linda is also a very detail oriented person and likes to explain all the process and go with you each step of the road, and one of the more important things to me, she has PATIENCE! (she keeps it cool, she make any process of buying, selling or renting, a walk in the park, and always smiling) She communicates well and keep in contact but without being a nuisance, she respect your time, but her time it is for the satisfaction of the clients, what it means, she make herself available, and has a fast response when you leave a message.
You really feel that you are being taking care of and that your money is well spent.

I have had Linda as my landlord for two years now and she has treated my family and I as if we were her own. Whenever I have an issue she responds promptly and has always helped me resolve it. Linda has been helpful in much advice we needed as to rents scales in Benicia, recommending improvements and enhancements, acquiring competitive bids for work done and proposed, and has continually been attentive to our questions with little delay in response. I was referred to ResCom Properties through a family member and I could not have been happier with the service provided. We had a difficult transaction as I was acting on behalf of a disabled sister and we were doing everything from 500 miles away. Linda and her team were in constant communication with us keeping us abreast of the status of the sale and negotiations. Once we agreed on the terms with the buyer, the work had just begun as we had a lot of work to do to get the property cleaned up and ready for closing. Linda and her team again stepped up and coordinated with contractors getting us the best price as well as overseeing the necessary work. Don’t know what we would have done without her outstanding assistance.
