Wayne helped us find our house in two months in a very competitive market. He knows the area well. He provided necessary guidance; played devil’s advocate (very important!); was very flexible and was very good in communications. He listened to our needs in terms of features, financing, and location and was flexible. He made closing a snap and worked very effectively with our loan agent and the title company.

We’ve worked with Wayne back in 2009 and purchased our very first home with him. We had to finance through FHA and with their strict guidelines, we had a difficult time finding a home that would be approved and to fit our budget. Wayne was very meticulous and patient in showing us the properties — going through our options of pros and cons for each property. He was very frank and did not try to sell us dreams. He was candid in stating what we could afford and would take us to those properties as opposed to showing us too many properties. Wayne definitely does his homework before coming out.
In fact, we liked him enough to have him represent us again for our 2^nd home which was an investment property. We had worked with another agent but did not receive any honest opinions of what would make a good rental. We were able to find an investment home and were not pressured at all in what to buy. He would take off his realtor’s hat and inform us of the pros /​cons of the property as he sees it. It was a pleasure working with him and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
