Bradley’s Autowax & Detail

This place is under new ownership, and I think the name has changed but they haven’t updated some of their signage. Apparently the new owners have other shops around the area. I still think they do a good job, they’ve detailed my Rav twice since the switch and it’s been beautifully done. They even got a sizeable blemish out of the paint for no extra charge (the parking bumper moved, I swear!)
The only thing I miss is the personal touch of the previous owner, he was almost always on site and made sure everything was a-​ok and chstted with customers.

had my windows tinted by them with a «life time warranty» to add to the high price. the new owner even after using the same name and same company for window tinting would not fix my tint on my acura after the window tinter stated it was his fault for the scratches! the owner and lied and was very rude.

I was fortunate to get a gift certificate for full detail on my car and was blown away by the service. Super friendly staff and I was pleasantly surprised to find out it is a family owned and run operation.
They left no stone unturned in my detail — everything was super clean, the wax and polish job was impeccable.
I’ll be back!

Bradley’s just did an excellent job of detailing the exterior of my red BMW. I couldn’t be more please with the results. It’s been terrific to drive around such a shining car on these beautiful days we’re having right now. The service, from the time I called for an appointment to the time I drove the car away — was superb. Brad and Lexi were friendly and helpful. This is the third car I have had worked on at Bradley’s — the other two were my son’s dark blue 1986 BMW 535i and my wife’s black Audi Avant. Difficult cars to work on and they all came out great. I appreciate the care the Bradley team put into all three automobiles.

Over 100,000 miles in 5 years and 5 kids can make a minivan beyond gross. We had milk bottles that had been spilled under the seats, in the bars and crevices underneath, bits of food everywhere, milk and juice stains on the floors & seats, and, of course, a funky smell from all of that. Not to mention the general dirt from 5 kids climbing in and out all day long. I was embarrassed to even walk into Bradley’s and offered to pay $ 50 extra right up front for the interior detail.
I went back to pick up my van and instead they gave me a brand new van! (Well, it really did seem that way!) I only had paid for the interior detail, but the exterior hand been hand washed and was shiny, and my hubcaps, that had been black with dirt, were now glistening silver! Inside everything was spotless, the funky smell was gone and instead it smelled freshly shampooed (only a strong scent for about a day), the stains were gone and the seat stains were clean. Underneath the seats there are bars are that had spills that I had tried to reach myself, but couldn’t. Those were magically restored to a seeming «straight from the factory» condition. I have no idea what tools they have to work their magic, or the patience they have to work on a car like mine, but it was magic! Truly amazing!
AND they didn’t charge me the extra money I had offered. Needless to say I tipped well. :)

I decided to take my Infiniti to Bradley’s based on the other Unilocal reviews, and they did an excellent job detailing it. The car went in with a Seattle winter’s worth of road grime and came out practically glowing.
I’m not sure what they did to make it look so good — I’m picturing my car relaxing in a mud bath with cucumber slices on the windshield and a towel wrapped around the roof. Whatever they did, it worked.
Not only did they do a great job with the car, but they very patiently answered my questions about maintenance and fixing the scratches I put on my wheels. (I’m generally very good about avoiding dents & dings, but curbs have it out for me.)

I have taken my cars to Bradley’s Bellevue location for the past 10 years and they have always done an outstanding job with excellent customer service. I just had my van detailed prior to selling it, and they were able to do miracles with removing some oil that had spilled in the back and got under the carpet. Brad, the original owner, recently bought back the business and rewarded my loyalty with a more than fair price for the extra work.
He also recommended some products for my leather interior, without trying to sell me a product just because he sells it. Very fair and unbiased businessman. The personal shuttle back to my office is also worth a lot to my busy schedule.
His prices are very competitive and maybe just as important, he delivers the car when he says he will. I always detail my cars prior to sale, and can safely say that I receive a sales price increase 2x or more than the cost of the detailing. I’m even trusting this shop with my recently restored classic BMW to buff out the new paint. They will also do what you want them to do, not try to sell you services you don’t need or can’t afford.
I highly recommend Bradley’s.

I had only detailed my car once before and it’s a 2003 suburban. I have a mobile zoo of animals, so it was pretty disgusting. On top of that, I took it to Burning Man 09′ last year so my engine was filthy.
The owner, Ken, was extremely nice and scheduled me in ASAP. It took them a full day and was about $ 300, but it was so worth it! The steam cleaned the engine, cleaned and waxed the outside, and covered every nook and cranny in the car. I was very impressed.
I will definitely take my car back there again!

Took my Audi A4 in for a Super Wash for the first time on a recommendation. This service was a exterior wash, interior vacuuming an wipe down with windows and all that, dressed the tires and did a spray waxing to the exterior when it was done, $ 35.00 FYI. I called ahead, got me right in, 30 minutes and it turned out very clean and everything went smoothly. Side note; There was a Ferrari 360 Modena in the shop the day I went in sooo I’m pretty sure I can trust them with my car! Thanks to Andrew (I think that was his name) for the help!

The garage at my apartment complex leaked when the snow came. Not sure how, why, or where, but the water leaked through the concrete and basically dripped all over my car. So I had concrete on my car! But, it’s cool cause my place was going to pay for it.
Bradley’s was suggested, and I am very happy it was. They did it in middle of day on Friday and drove me back to work and picked me up at end of day. They did a great job getting out the stains, and also got stains from a long time ago. My car looks sweet! Now I am super pumped and off to watch the entire Fast and Furious movie series…
or not… but you get the picture.
These guys are very good and very friendly. Did a great job!
