Belleville Cab & Taxi Service

They charged me for the taxi I never took! I waited for hours and hours the taxi never showed up. The service was terrible. They didn’t even apologize or refund part of my money.
I do not recommend this to anyone. Less than one star.

Terrible! I needed a cab to take my friend (who was visiting from out of town) to the bus stop to catch a bus into NYC while I was at work. I called the night before to schedule a pickup for the next morning and the dispatcher told me the reservation was all set. The next day rolls around, I’m at work, and my friend calls me and tells me the cab never showed up! We ended up having to call them a million times and it still took them forever for them to send a cab to pick up my friend. They were rude and never even apologized for screwing things up. Also, my friend ended up missing his bus and had to be taken to a different bus stop due to the cab never picking him up. Also, I agree with the last reviewer– their cars are dirty, smelly, and their drivers are sleazy. If you need a reliable cab service, stay away from this company!

I am hesitant to even give them one star. Their cars are always dirty and seem like their falling apart. But they were always reliable until today.
They never bothered to call to say they were running late so at 5:30am we piled 3 kids under the age of 5 including a 2 week old into the car to get my husband to the airport on time. Both the driver and dispatcher were incompetent and for 30+ minutes claimed the could not call us us to tell us about the drivers delay…
To make it even more stressful my husband was traveling last minute to see his mother in the hospital. I wish I were making this all up but you can’t.
I have used this cab company more than 20 times so needless to say I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know in our surrounding towns to never use them again.
