First time here. I cant believe I went to PetSmart before discovering this place. My dog started to shed and itch after his visit at PetSmart. Friendly and welcoming environment! My dog was a walk in and was seen right away. He was not allergic to Chilltown pet spa’s products. He came out smelling good and with the softest coat ever. Thank you for making my doggie holiday ready!

I’m giving a two star review just because the first time it was good… But today my wife took our dog (English shepherd) for a haircut and to take care of his paws and nails they never gave him a haircut and they said we never asked for a haircut I was with her when she made the appointment and she was specific that the haircut is what we want… Probably we won’t ever take our dog there anymore because of that…

Tried this place because I was living down the street. My first time there they did a great job and exactly what I wanted. They were very sweet to my dog too. They give cute little report cards to show how your dog did with the grooming too. Very nice touch. They also give cards to refer friends and you get a discount. I wish I could go back but I just moved down the shore. Definitely recommend though !

We’ve brought our toy poodle here twice and love the way she comes out of this spa. Her hair is always nicely cut and she comes out smelling so fresh. If only she could look and smell that way everyday lol. We will be returning again soon.

First time going to Chilltown Pet Spa. This place is deceiving from outside and in. Must say, my dog has never looked so good. The cut was fantastic, no stray hairs, his ears was plucked of excess hair, clean as a whistle, nails were clipped perfectly, and his tail was amazing. Other groomers left his tail straggly. My boy looks fantastic. Took two people to groom him, he is quite feisty. Was an extra charge WELL WORTH IT. If you’re looking for a groomer, Chilltown Pet Spa a try.
