This walgreens has gotten HORRIBLE with their pharmacy! Over the past two months they have not filled the right medications and I have a medication on my refill list that is NOT mine! I am NOT a diabetic! This is not only happening to me, but my partner as well. Their customer service is horrible as well. The staff acts like you are bothering them and putting them out refilling your medications. I will

A couple of days ago I was passing by the photo shop and so surprised that one of the employees was raising her voice at someone who looked like a manager. I looked straight at him but he didn’t say anything. Apparently he asked her to do something and she was complaining that it was his fault for not coming back. A lady behind me mentioned it at checkout so I wasn’t the only one to heat it. There are plenty of people who would appreciate that job to put up with that kind of behavior.

Stopped in yesterday to pickup some OTC medicine. The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. The person who checked me out had been stocking some shelves and had asked if she could help me find anything — good basic service.

This is the second time i have used this pharmacy and should have learned my lesson the first time. My doctor faxed my prescription an hour and a half before I went to pick it up and said give them 45 mins to an hour. Two hours later when they «checked» on it the lady told me 5 more mins, just like she told the four people in front of me. I would like to add my prescription was for eyedrops… no mixing, counting pills, or anything that I thought was difficult. Five minutes turned into 30. It was awesome sitting next to the four coughing, screaming children who were waiting” five minutes” as well. What ever happened to the 20 min wait and pick up???
