I went in for an inspection sticker and was given the choice of a total power steering rebuild or no sticker. OUTLANDISH!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEN OF THIEVES!!!

I went back yesterday, not to get the truck rewashed nor the previous wash job fixed, but just to talk to Mgt. and show them my truck. David asked me to stay while they redid it !!! Oh my gosh, top to bottom inside out, they did a FANTASTIC job !! It seriously looked better than the day I bought it ! They were apologetic, sweet, and really heard me… they made it right.

So a little back story before I justify my 1 star review.
I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade for my wife about a week or two ago as her Christmas present. (late I know) — BRAND NEW as in off the lot with absolutely no mileage from Benny Boyd. NEW
That being said,
It was dusty from our dirt road leading to our home. I told her to take it into town and get it washed. She did. Brought it to Lost Pines. Mistake #1. She brings it to my job to show me how nice and clean it was. It wasn’t as clean as she thought. There were parts of it that were still dirty by the door rails. The mirrors still had her and dust around the edges. THE MIRRORS… Specifically the driver side mirror, was scratched… And not lightly. I mean it looks like someone dragged a rock or something across the dead center of the mirror. I will try and post an image.
There are water spots all over the place.

I call the «car wash» (and I’m throwing that set of words around where they shouldn’t be used) and informed the lady who answered the phone of this and she said she’d get the manager. Some kid answers the phone and IMMEDIATELY starts telling me (after I explain what happened and what can be done about it) that «if this was true, then the card before her would be scratched in the same exact spot. But they aren’t because the brushes we use are soft foam brushes. I am telling you verbatim what the OWNER would say. Unless you can prove that it wasn’t there BEFORE bringing it in, then… Sorry. «
OF Course I get upset and tell him that I wasn’t planning on having to take before and after images of my BRAND NEW CAR. He keeps on about how that couldn’t possibly happen here. I then asked him to give me a number I can call to get a hold of the owners and he says that he doesn’t have a number he can give me because the only number he has for the owners is a personal number that he uses when situations like this happen (must happen more often than anywhere else by looking at these reviews.) so he can «address them». So of course, he says, «well I have an email address I can give you so you can send him your information and he can give you a call»
I say no because I know how that works. They never call back. Never. So I persist in speaking to the OWNER and he finally «caves» and says «ok well what’s your number and name and I’ll have him call you. I give him my info and tell him to have him call me within the next 30 mins. This is at 5:45pm on a Friday. It is now Monday and I never received a call. I was going to go up there but I’d rather not.
I tried to like this place even after seeing the reviews. I did. But as an avid person to help out the little guy and shop locally, H20 will be getting our business from now on for this type of deal. I will make sure to let anyone and everyone i know to not use this carwash. If you can call it that.
And don’t even get me started on my 2012 Jeep Wrangled Sport that I paid $ 40 to get washed there and had to redo it at my house.
I’m still waiting on that phone call that will never come.

I don’t get what all the bad reviews are about. What a bunch of bratty whiners. I waited a long time for a full service, all the bells and whistles, interior and exterior wash… but it takes a long time to clean a truck in and out, period the end. If you have someone else do it for you, well, they don’t have a magic wand and can’t do it in 15 minutes!
They did an excellent job, offer a nice facility to sit and relax, are near other stores so you can wander off, have free coffee and a little store inside, rocking chairs. this place is pretty nice… AANNDD I almost paid $ 130 for JUST the interior in Round Rock, but thought they were snobs at the Mister Car Wash in RR, so I left. I paid $ 100 for a terrific wash that made my dirty disgusting truck look like new again. These guys work hard, care, even checked my fluids for me and thanked me like 3 times. Don’t listen to the crybabies on here who complained about time and service. It’s bullcrap.

1 year since I received the worst service and car wash ever. Still never got a refund. Smh don’t think I forgot how y’all robbed me of $ 40.

HORRIBLE SERVICE BOTH TIMES I HAVE GONE IN FOR A CARWASH. Management doesn’t seem to care about the lack of attention to detail. Do not take your vehicle here!

It’s all true. I too have tried multiple times and it is the same EVERY time! Everything from poor customer service, long waits, and bad wash!

THE WORST! I paid $ 35 (including extra to clean the floor mats) and I got…
1) a smeared windshield interior that was far worse than the dusty one with which I brought in — — I had to clean it myself
2) a bent license plate
3) still unclean plastic floor mats — — even though I paid extra
4) a poor vacuum job
5) soiled interior and exterior rocker panels that cleaning of which were not included in this overpriced, poor quality car wash

2^nd time at this car wash and will be my last. after paying 26.95 plus $ 2 more for pick-​up w/​topper the wash didn’t even take the bugs of front of pick-​up. When I mentioned to attendant I was told they did the best they could. I pointed out that there were bugs on headlights and on the back of my mirrors and all I got was a shrug of shoulders. Don’t waste your money here. Drive to Austin if you want a full service wash. BTW My 1^st expireance was just as bad but after talking to a supervisor and the cashier lady behind counter I was assured that my next visit would be better. I did not waste anymore time at this location after already spending close to one hour there today to talk to another «supervisor/​manager».

I have had mixed thoughts about this business. Each visit is a different experience. I was helping my mother out with her vehicle and was getting it inspected to then go to the county tax office for registration. Other than having to drive my mother to a local eatery nearby then having to go back to 304 and do a u-​turn to get back was the biggest hassle. They were able to inspect the vehicle while I walked over and was able to get something to eat in peace. When I returned after eating the vehicle was ready to go and away I went. This visit was one of the better visits and I’m pleased.

I am writing this review as I am sitting here waiting for my car to get the $ 19.95 basic wash. There were 3 cars ahead of me and I have been here over 40 mins. It took over 20 just to start the wash process. Now I am waiting for them to START wiping down the inside. When I asked the lady at the counter how long a basic wash should take, she got snotty and said if they weren’t fast enough that I should have gone somewhere else. As I live in Houston, I definitely will. Don’t go here, slow, bad service!!!

I’ve been here twice and paid a lot more than I would have in Austin for a full service wash and interior clean. Both times I’ve had to go somewhere else afterward to vacuum the floors and seats. Lost Pines lost a customer #wontbeback

I am here now at the car wash. My car was second in line. It has now been 40 minutes and it still has not been washed. This is my third time here and the results are always the same. There are problems with how to manage this production line and also in staffing. It is a sunny Saturday with no rain in sight. How could you not properly staff for this operation. And for the amount that you pay, it is WAY over priced. The quality of service has never been better than a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. You should expect a sloppy inside cleaning with many missed obvious spots. Asking for it to be corrected is a waist of time. I fully expect that the total time to get my car washed will be close to 75 minutes. Best thing to do is to drop it off and have a friend pick you up and pick it back up the next day. Better yet… Don’t go here!!!

Waste of time and money. Machine was broken and got two «hand washes» b/​c the first was done wrong.. Paid for a wax but didn’t get it and had to go b/​c we were on vacation. They didn’t clean the dash or center console. Left wrappers, crumbs, and stuck on candy. I have two kids. Couldn’t get oil change, inspection, or tires done b/​c the system was down next door. Cold AC inside was nice.

I have tried to give this place a try over and over again hoping they will get it together. After several bad washes that looked like it had been done lazily, I went in to try their service center. I pulled up and was told the service center gentleman would be with me shortly. They pointed at the guy who was talking to another customer. So I waited. 5 minutes went by, then 10, then 12. Finally at the 15 minute mark, I rolled down my window only to hear this conversation with the other customer was about deer hunting. They had been standing there talking about deer hunting while I waited for him to come over and ask what I needed done. I was livid! Needless to say, I pulled out just as he saw me leaving and asked «What is it you need?» I said «No thanks! If you are going to have a customer wait 15 minutes while you discuss hunting, I will take my business elsewhere.»

Don’t go here. I went on a Thursday after work to get the Tight Wad Tuesday/​Thursday car wash. When I got out of my car and told the male employee what wash I wanted, he responded with a remark along the lines of «I’ll give you a tight wad all day long». I nearly left right then and there. I was so uncomfortable. Out of stubbornness, I stayed and got the car wash. The outside of the car was cleaned just ok, they did a terrible job of wiping my car down and I had water stains everywhere. It didn’t even look like they had touched the inside of my car. I knew they had because they had left all my car mats carelessly flipped upside down. It looked like they had just been thrown in the car.
If I ever return to this business, it will be too soon.

Oh, God… I went back. Had no choice. First? They sold me a package I didn’t ask for — upgraded without my permission.
I go inside and the old woman at the counter — just as cheerful and customer-​service oriented as a knob on a door… told me how much it was. I told her I got the other package that was a certain price. She said no it wasn’t, then pointed to a flyer on the counter. I pointed out that the price was what I said it was and she was like, «Oh! I didn’t see that they’d changed it!’ — then I had to pay for what should be free — vacuuming. Hello?
Nice scam, guys.
I told the guy wiping down the car (they missed a spot on the windshield — a big one. Couldn’t see it?) Oh, and before I mention this, I should tell you that when I got back into my car, the AC was on full blast, the radio on full blast and the seats were pushed all the way to the front (I have long legs and one is intensely bruised at the moment, which made switching the seat back very difficult).
Anyway, I said, „Here’s a tip, but please don’t give the bitch inside any of it…“ and explained what had happened.»
«That is my Grandmother!’» he said.
«You guys have a problem — you need to coordinate on your pricing because she didn’t get it and I said I wanted the first package.»
«Well, that’s the problem of the intake guy writing it down wrong.»
I left and said, «No, you have two problems.»
WHY oh WHY do I return? This is a small business without a clue.

I own a taxi and limo service in bastrop (safe ride) & I come here all the time.
I am always always and pressed with the amount of effort that they are willing to put in on getting rid of all my bugs

and most of all I’m impressed with our loop center because I have a BMW and a lot of people in town don’t want to mess with it and are afraid not only did they take good care of me but they went above and beyond with other things that I later found out that they did for me Anwar humble enough to not even mention it I really do appreciate these guys

I came in a few months ago to purchase a gift card for my husband who loves having his car clean. He redeemed today, and needless to say, we did not have a good experience. The young men working here (poor guys in the heat) seem nice enough. We came at around 2, and were the only folks here. We purchased the Gold package, which is one of the more expensive options. For the most part, the car was very clean. The tires, however, were still really dirty and had marks all over them from whatever supplies they used .
All of that can be looked over, since the young men were quick to fix the issue when we went back, but my main «ugh, really?» Is the customer service inside.
Zero smile, zero enthusiasm. I felt like the gal thought I was giving her a root canal.
Anyhoo, I hope this was just everyone having a bad day.
I love my town and will continue to support local businesses.

The wash is «fair» at best and they take FOREVER to wash the car. (They are the slowest people I have ever seen — one guy takes 25 minutes to wipe a car down). I got a detail and I was told car will be ready around 3, I called at 5, still not ready (which was not a problem) they said we close at 6 so it’ll be ready by 5:50…Great I figure, get dropped off at 5:50 to pick up and at 6:30 they tell me another 20 minutes and it only looks «ok»
I paid $ 225 for a full detail on my Mercedes ml350, the service was worth about $ 50. I’ve been here 4x now and each time I get SLOW service. Never again, I’d rather wash it myself and I haven’t washed a car in 20 years. Avoid at all costs.
When I asked why it was taking so long I got a nasty look and a snotty response. Worst place (not just car wash) ever.
