My wife said she will never come back to this Starbucks since we have been here twice — and both times the restroom was dirty and without«supplies»(you get the meaning) both times! Long lines, understaffed — not giving a third try here!

Ive been coming to this location for over a year at different time of the day and cant see how people say this location is slow. Even on busy times they still get you going as efficiently as any other Starbucks. With the new expansion it looks great and cozy. Also their restrooms are always clean which is important for travelers looking for a good pit-stop. All in all great place to get that original Starbucks flavor

This Starbucks sucks! There has never been a time when I haven’t waited 15+ minutes in the drive-through. Today I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes and there was still two cars in front of me that hadn’t got their drinks. Sometimes I don’t care and I just need coffee so I will wait but over all it sucks… The drinks taste whatever but they need to get their drive through together…

This has to be the least efficient Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Something about their process is fucked up. They have as many employees as other busy Starbucks but they have a very hard time moving customers through from register to coffee in hand in a reasonable time. The management here must not give a crap about customer experience or making more money.

Once again, the management team at this Starbucks has a customer fail. After sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes attempting to buy 15 $ 10 gift cards, the associate handed me 3 packs of shrink wrapped cards. When I asked where the envelopes were, he said, ‘um, yeah, sorry about that, but we are out’. He then invited me to go to any other Starbucks for the envelopes. Why exactly did he not tell me that detail when I placed the order? In what customer service world would he think it was the right customer experience to go to yet another store for the rest of what I paid for? I don’t blame the associate, but the management team’s ineffective leadership in building a customer-centric team/culture. I received a credit after another long wait, and now I’ve got to make another run out for my holiday thank you gifts for my team, which will NOT be from Starbucks. Well done, Starbucks Banning!

Fast and the charging stations all over makes it really convince the for travelers on the I-10 either going to CA or AZ. Just plug and charge. They are at almost every table. One less star cause my grande coffee was not filled to the top but an inch from the rim cause of the foam. That’s like almost a tall! But the coffee was hot and good.

I originally thought people were exaggerating in their reviews here but I came to this location on my way home from a trip and I completely agree with others. First, came in to this place and it want that busy but waited a while to be able to order my drink. Then waited forever to get my drink once I had ordered it and it was very highly staffed. Easily counted 6 – 7 people behind the counter, something I rarely see at other Starbucks. When my drink finally came I was given the wrong order, had to return and get another drink made. To make matters worse I had seen the barista messed up on two other people’s drinks then another persons after I had to return for him to core t mine. Only thing I will admit the guy apologized many times and was very friendly but at the same time he was making way too many mistakes in such little time. It’s one of few Starbucks along the freeway so it’s an easy stop but not the best stop for coffee for sure. Also, restroom is one person at a time so makes for many long lines for such a large establishment.

Sad to say but I think it’s time to find another coffee house ! ! Customer service here is just not cutting it. I go at least 5 – 6 times a week. They have so far managed to screw up my very simple oder 4 times this week ! How hard can it be to toast a bagel with butter only! I hate cream cheese! !! When I’m on the freeway 20 minutes down the road I can’t turn back! !

S L O W W W W. If you have all the time in the world come wait in this drive thru. Takes approximately 30 minutes on a *mildly* busy day. Not only that but baristas usually have a snippy attitude.

I have been several times and the service is consistently slow — and I typically come here in the afternoon. Today, for instance. Drive up at 3:11. Drove off at 3:26 with my Venti black tea lemonade. The cars in front of me received 3 single serve drinks and one car with 2 drinks. My order wasn’t being prepared until after I reached the window. The young man at the window was pleasant but flustered. 4 employees behind the counter that I could see. And my order was supposed to be a Trenta. Last time I come here. It’s just not worth wasting the gas idling and eating the fumes off the car in front of me.

Came here before our drive home from Morongo casino and ordered the new smores frappé and the caramel ribbon crunch frappé, the guy mixed up one of the drinks so he compensated by making the two original drinks and giving us the messed up drink for free :) there was a bit of a wait even though we were the only ones in line, and the drinks didn’t taste quite how they should.

I really hate having to come to this location on my way to work because it has to be the slowest Starbucks in the area. The wait was about 25 minutes, and they got our drink order wrong. The customer service at this location is under par. When I told the employee that the drink was made incorrect, she has an attitude. I would rather drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks off Highland!

A bit dark outside when we drove up so we originally thought they were closed(at 600am). My golf group and I needed a quick coffee pit stop before our round at Tukwet Canyon(Beaumont) so we all dropped in. The employees were super festive with their red aprons on and super nice(even so early in the morning). It wasn’t too packed so we received our coffee without any rush or delay(served up hot and yummy). The location itself looked like an old fast food establishment. Good coffee, wide open seating, yummy coffee and great staff who were all young and pretty have to be at work, even at 6am! Thanks!
