Bad costumer service you go in and they don’t even greet you the manger is rude. Bought a rzr from them we!” Went for the oil change and they told us it’s going to be ready in 2WEEKS for 300 $ .When I called them to tell them if it was ready ! Because they won’t call you they told me they change another oil thing because they found something there wtf the car is brand new 25 hour service! They did not even call me to tell me if they could do it !!! They do what ever they want to the car without your permission please stay out of here bad all around !!!

There is a specific reason this business has such a low rating. Look at the other reviews. I am terribly sorry I ever walked in to this place. The only time I felt like anyone cared about me was when I said I was interested in spending money. I’m kicking myself for not trusting the other reviewers and doing business with these people. Please do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. I didn’t feel like the prices here were much better than I could have found somewhere else but the hassles far outweigh any possible savings. They offered me a free service on my quad because they treated me so poorly the first time I was in there and after my second visit to buy a helmet I am thinking that the free service is not worth the possible hassles of a third visit. In other words, this business is so bad I wouldn’t shop here if their services were free! (I don’t mind accepting free products, but I will not trust them to work on my vehicles)

They gave me a price on my rzr competitive enough to keep me from driving to Azusa. I was treated properly during the sales process. Parts and service have treated me right. What else is do you need? I’m happy.

Got a great OTD price. However, it turned into a 3 hour experience between them putting new bars on the bike I bought (they needed longer cables for the bars, and I was told those bars would fine with the stock cables when I asked). Then the battery was dead in the new bike (I told them I was coming at 2pm, why they waited until 5:30pm to begin charging it I’ll never figure it out). Now it’s 7pm and I’m still waiting for a new bike… The GM appeared to careless, as if It was my fault or not a big deal. Bad business in my opinion, regardless of the price.

O man !!! worst service ever!!! Took my bike in for a recall. Had an app. They say they would take care of it in 1 hour turns out they were fixing other bikes. Then they wanted to upsell me a bunch of stuf. I ended up waiting 4 hours!!! Could not make it back to work. Should have payed att to the bad reviews.

Stopped in on a Friday to schedule an appointment to have a manufacturer recall completed. They told me to bring it in the following Monday. I was there at 9:00am on Monday, the first customer. In addition to the very minor wiring recall upgrade, I asked for my rear tire to be replaced. After 5 hours I called, and I was told «yeah, I think the tire is done but I don’t think the other job was completed because we don’t have the parts» in addition to this, the staff attitude over all is very unprofessional, this business is in dire need of training in customer satisfaction and project scheduling and communication. Unfortunately, these are key indicators of ownership that does not invest in the company or resources. They may have a new building, but this business is bottom of the barrell in all other aspects.

Horrible customer service and outright liar salesman. Go to Chaparral instead and deal with a real dealership that actually has integrity!

I have bought 3 utv’s in the past 4 years and my latest purchase at Coyne was the best experience yet. My salesman, G, worked with me to get the best price I could find in all of SoCal. Thanks G.

Got one of my first rzr here. Stopped in to see the new store and talk my wife into a xp1000. Sure enough thanks to Christina helped me and my wife out. My wife was more than happy to add another razor to the family. Had a great time talking and buying. It’s not to often u feel great spending money. I wish car buying was this fun. Thank you Christina hope to see u guys out at glamis camp razor with my new toy.

I purchased a front tire for my bike and had it installed by Coyne. The tire wore out in less than 2000 miles. I was forced to buy a new tire at full price and full labor. I asked what they would do about the bad tire and after weeks of runaround they finally did nothing about it although they did offer to put my next tire on for no labor. Big friggin’ deal. I took my bike to my regular shop, Honda and Yamaha of Redlands, for the 24 000 mile service. In the course of the service they noticed that the back tire was thrashed. This tire had also been purchased from and mounted by Coyne! This tire was months newer than the front! In the inspection at Honda and Yamaha of Redlands they also noticed that the rear tire was THE WRONG SIZE!!! The service people at Coyne are idiots! Beware! Beware! Beware!

horrible customer service and sales. I usually like to give company’s the benefit of the doubt but this place is a joke. was dealing with a sales person by the name of niki she was just beating around the bush as far as pricing goes, would not give me a straight answer. I was trying to get a price quote on a new ride and she told me that she needed a 500 dollar deposit before she could even give me a number??? huh never heard that one before. when they finally did give me a number after two weeks of trying my hardest to get a solid price they finally gave me a price, wow that was hard. she said it was the absolute best they could do. the very next day I went to the sand sports show and low and behold they were selling the EXACT same vehicle /​color/​year that I was interested in for 1500 dollars less that she quoted me. be careful with this company anyone that has a positive review from them probably got lucky. went to another dealership pricing was upfront and honest, i found my same vehicle for 500 less than I payed for it and brought this to the attention of the sales manager and they re wrote my contract and gave me 500 dollars off of my price, now that’s how you do business… thanks for nothing coyne powersports.

I took my Seadoo in for a new starter and the donkeys did not even bolt it back on just put it in place attached the power to starter and that’s it! Started in front of me so I could see it start when I went home and did a further investigation and found 3 bolts not connected! I called them about it with no resolve. Don’t take your stuff there unless u want it ruined

My first contact with Coyne Powersports and «G» was over phone after seeing the Craigslist ad for my V-​Strom. He was helpful and got all the info I needed over the phone, since I already new the bike and that I was planing on buying it.
When I got there I looked over the motorcycle and they seemed to be telling the truth. It was clean and well taken care of. I was interested in purchasing accessories so after spending quite a while in the shop we discovered that the cases I wanted were no longer sold by Givi. (bummer, the Economy set was so good, too good?)
Because I was already financed by my credit union we started the paperwork. Unfortunately some dates and stuff were wrong and G was a champ in taking time and talking with them, even though the credit union was super busy and rarely picked up the phone. We ran out of time and I had to leave before we could sign anything.
The following days, while i was looking for an other opportunity to make the hour long drive to Banning Coyne Powersports had aldready contacted my credit union and gotten all the info he needed. He had faxed over the purchase contract and all I needed to do was pick up the check from the branch. This helped me a tons because I now only needed to get a ride to the dealer and pick up my bike.
The day had come, I was one my way to Coyne Powersports for the last time. To finally pick up my bike… and deliver the check. Well, when I got there I realized I had left the check in my other car (GF was taking me). On our way to leave the battery on her old Suzuki Esteem died and we were stranded at the dealer.
This is when Coyne Powersports showed their real true side as not only a company with good customer service, but as honest and kind human beings. While my girlfriend got a ride to the closest Autozone and help to replace the battery from one of the other sale representatives, G was trying to make magic and have the bike delivered to my place and my check handed over. All in the same day. So we sat down and got the final paperwork done so that all that was missing was the check and delivery.
It might be hard to follow what happened but our experience with Coyne Powersports and the staff was great. They were helpful and professional. The negotiation of the price was fair and painless (I can be a real pain in the butt sometimes). They tried to help out with side cases and offered free mounting. Since I couldn’t buy the cases from them (Givi’s fault) we agreed to take off $ 100 so I could pay another mechanic to do it ones I found some used cases of craigslist.
Thank you G and awesome staff at Coyne Powersports for making this motorcycle-​purchasing-​experience a success.

Very unprofessional and misleading sales staff. False lead followed by sarcasm.

Went to the dealer looking for RZR XP1000. Walked around the lot for 20 minutes not one sales person came out, seen sales people sitting and talking in the building. Just as I was leaving someone pulls up in a truck 2 seconds later sales person was out. I will never buy anything from this dealer. Horrible sales staff!
