Today’s Style

This location has a crazy selection of Levi’s 501s in terms of color, reds and blues and browns I had never seen before. Mostly larger 38+ sizes though, but worth checking out, and they’ll do custom orders for you if your preferred whatever by Levi’s is not in-​stock.

I will say my rating is more 3.5 for this place. I have been buying clothes here since 2010. I can’t truthfully say I had a bad experience. The place offers a variety of dickies and other clothes.
One cool point of interest is they will hem your pants. You have slacks to long they will do it on the spot, if they have several you still generally get them the same day. Believe it or not I still have some of my original clothes I purchased in January 2010.
I’m going to be real concerning the location. It’s easy to find just west of I35 and 290 off Airport Blvd. You may see some gang bangers and I have. You don’t get harassed by anyone though. Even the homeless people sometimes come through but I have been accosted once coming out of their shop.
The staff is okay but you don’t always get the friendliest greeting. You also may get talked about in Spanish if one of them is having a bad day. I’m not fluent but I understand enough. I charge it to their head and not the heart though. Still the place has what I like in clothes. Oh man I almost forgot about the hats. My Wife can tell you I have about 50 hats and counting. Sad I know but hey I don’t drink, smoke & never messed with drugs gimme one vice. Yeah they have some really nice Stacy Adams hats. One in particular I been eyeballing for months.
Check the place out they have something for most everyone.

I have found a better store with better service and prices to buy Stay Adams shoes. Fitos Shoes has more of a variety and a lot cheaper prices.

Sitting here at the omlettetry getting breakfast, waiting for today’s style to open. It’s 11 am and they are an hour late in opening. I’ve seen at least 3 cars come and go because they aren’t open yet.
I really can’t fathom why they post hours if they aren’t going to keep them.
My day is thrown off and I might be late to work if they don’t open soon.
Very disappointed in an otherwise great store.

I’ve been coming to this store and their other location off Riverside Drive for years. Being a larger man, they have an outstanding selection for really affordable prices. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and their store is always clean. They stay up to date in the latest styles in urban wear and the have a large selection. Kudos. My favorite place to shop.

This place is crammed with clothing. It is a mixture of work clothes, and day clothes (play clothes?). Anyway, they have a huge collection of Dickies, Converse, Ben Davis, Dickies Girl, FB County and those huge shirts with Al Pacino on them. Personally, I hate those shirts, but they have a lot.
They have a lot of a lot. I think if you are going in with a specific thing in mind (red, size small, dickies waitress dress for your devil costume) you might not be completely successful. While they do have a lot, the store doesn’t have every color in every size.
Then, why not minus a start? Well, two reasons, number one Dickies are 15% off every Tuesday, and who can resist a deal? Reason two, they do alterations. Cheap alterations. My alteration was so simple (take in above dress in medium at the waist) it was actually free. And that is the always the best deal. Don’t go in there and say: some girl on the internet got it for free… that’s just mean, and their prices are already great.
The guy, who was probably the owner, was super nice. The alteration will be done tomorrow. I really liked wandering around the store, too, so next time I something more nebulous (pants) and not color dependent (well, as long as they aren’t white, because that’s just an invitation for disaster), I’ll totally be back.
They also have bandannas and sweat bands in every color along with other accessories (blingy earrings, big sunglasses, belts, and multicolored shoelaces). These accessories will go great with your giant Pacino face shirt!
