At 12:39 this afternoon I called Service Wizard because the replacement thermostat I installed was not working. It is now 1:43. Service Wizard has come, repaired the thermostat and gone. They were here in less than 30 minutes. I have no previous relationship with this company but they still hustled over and got me taken ca of. I have an ancient unit that has no readable labels and has been plodding along for much longer than the 12 years I have owned the home. I have had this unit worked on perhaps 4 times over the years. Every single person that has worked on it has told me it was dying and needed to be replaced. I did not get any of the hard sell from Terry.

He was efficient, polite and very nice. While I have never used Service Wizard before, they are now in my address book and I will certainly call them when it is time to replace my dinosaur unit!
