Our holistic pool care approach is about managing your complete pool environment, with the objective of creating a stress-​free experience for you and your family. Our small size allows us to serve our customers in a personalized manner, as well as to be flexible and prompt. Today, we service nearly 150 pools every week, and our customers will attest to our dependability and honesty. Many of these customers have allowed us to serve their pool needs for years, since our very beginning.

We have ample industry experience, as well as certifications in Water Chemistry, Equipment and Pool Operation. We apply this knowledge every day in the field — our long-​term vision and approach consistently save our customers money. We do all of this at a competitive price.

History

Established in 2006.

With nearly ten years of pool service experience, and 150 pools regularly serviced every week, we take pride in being Austin’s dependable pool service company. As members of the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA), we are required to conform to a high degree of industry knowledge and experience, and are held accountable to a national code of ethics. This is a guarantee that we are professionals who take our work very seriously.

IPSSA requires that we continuously demonstrate excellence in customer service and technical knowledge. We are certified in Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment by the Association, as well as possessing other industry certifications. We are also fully insured for our line of work through IPSSA.

Who we put in your backyard is something that we take very seriously — our team members have been selected among many candidates, and have gone through a background check. We thoroughly train each member in-​house, and provide continuous education

Eric Bentley /​Managing Co-​Owner

Eric is the founder of Pristine Pools. He has ample experience maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools, and holds a number of industry certifications. His rich technical knowledge and experience are a key part what sets Pristine Pools apart. Eric is a native Texan and a UT graduate, and has worked hard to build Pristine Pool’s excellent reputation in the greater Austin area since 2006.
