We love Pei Wei… our issue is the last few times that we have gone there we have had to wait close to an hour for our to go order. My wife loves pick up on the way from work. The last few times we have visited this location we have waited over 45min for our food to come out to us. Take into account we had setup a time to pick this food up, so it was over an hour and a half wait. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting for food when you have a time to pick up. We won’t go back to this location!

Pretty good food and nice to have a fast casual asian option. Thought it was too caloric, however. I could have used less sauce and with there were some healthier options. All in all I will go back, however.

Why did I come here? Cause I had a gift card. I decided to try two of the new small plates: Black Bean Chicken and Rice, and Bangkok Noodles. The black bean dish was salty and all i tasted was spice… and salt. The bangkok noodles were okay… really sweet and tasted like any chinese takeout noodles… NOTHING like shu shu’s singapore noodles(hate to name drop) their noodles are so bomb. Probably won’t return…

Went here today for the first time with my wife for a birthday lunch. Ordered the hot and sour soup, egg rolls and the sweet and sour chicken. First, the hot and sour soup tasted like meat gravy so I sent it back to the kitchen. It was replaced with the won ton soup which I found to be lukewarm, lacking in flavor and not something I would order again. The egg rolls were not served hot and were loosely rolled and — again — not very flavorful. The sweet and sour chicken was plentiful but uninspiring in taste. The so-called crispy breading was in fact limp and soggy. The brown rice was bland. This was a waste of $ 27. The table for two was too small to hold the plates comfortably. Did not see a Chinese cook which may help explain why the food was so bland. Not much in the way of flavor. And lukewarm Chinese food is not normal; Chinese restaurants serve piping hot. I have written this place off and will stick with more authentic Asian restaurants in the future. Did not see a single Asian dining here during our visit.

Look to the left. So mediocre. Not worth the trip. Used to be good. Wha happen?
