History

Established in 2000.

Owner Shawn Dewbre’ started out as a frame carpenter in 1985. He started his own framing company building custom homes four years later. After moving to Texas he moved on to interior finish carpentry and began small remodels. In 2000 he started MasterCraftsmen and has been creating beautiful kitchens, baths and custom homes ever since.

Since the 1990s, Shawn Dewbre has been creating dazzling kitchen, bath and room remodels, as well as custom-​built homes for satisfied clients. With his keen attention to detail and commitment to integrity and professionalism, Shawn has achieved a reputation as a master craftsman not just in Austin, but in Oklahoma and Denver as well.

You name it, and Shawn and his company have built it. Prior to returning to his hometown of Austin, Shawn built custom homes in Breckenridge, Telluride, Aspen, Vail, and in the famed Keystone Mount of Colorado
