History

Established in 2005.

E.S.O. Construction received its beginning In Fremont, Ca. E.S.O. is just my initials for Eric Sampson Odell. I have been working in construction remodeling for little over twenty years now which I still enjoy to this day. There were five key individuals along the way who taught me the trade of construction remodeling and I became a journeyman in four trades.

In my beginning years I learned all about structural repair to homes due to water and termite damage. I live underneath houses for the first two years of my career. Anything wood related underneath the house and or on the outside of the house, if it had dry rot or termite damage I became that guy to fix it and bring it back up to code. I began to do a lot of structural repair in bathrooms due to water and termite damage. This is when I got my first taste of bathroom renovations. After awhile thats all I wanted to do is more bathroom renovations. Tile work became my new passion and love over all the other trades.

At the age of thirty-​one, I was a journeyman in multiple trades. A few years later in 2005 I was sponsored by one of my mentors in becoming a license general contractor in the State of California. After receiving my contractors license I focused on renovating just bathrooms. Bathrooms renovations became the thing we specialized In. We are known as E.S.O. Construction «the bathroom remodel specialist»

In 2012 my wife and I relocated to Austin, Texas. Where we both enjoy living.
