I have used this moving company a multiple of times and, each time, they are prompt, professional and show great care with their handling of my furniture. They have moved my baby grand at least three times over the last twelve years and really know what they are doing. When Daniel and Miguel rearranged my furniture most recently, they were very attentive to the details and the requests that I had. Super nice and patient. Can’t say enough about them. If you have ever had a bad experience with movers before, you know how important it is to find really reliable and professional ones. This company is the REAL DEAL, and will continue to be my «go to» moving company in the future!

We appreciate Heart of Texas Moving and Storage. They truly made our moving easy. Tim, answered the phone right away and responded with a walk through the next morning. Movers Daniel and Miguel followed up the very next day with excellent customer service. Explaining in detail their service and price. Our items were handled with care throughout the entire move. These guys were fantastic! Miguel and Berten showed up on time and ready to load stuff on the truck. It was pouring outside and they did everything possible to keep things tidy and clean. Not only did they complete everything in the allotted time frame but they moved WAY more than I asked them too. They moved us from a first floor apartment to a 2-​story home. I have used many of the big name companies in the past but these guys far exceeded my expectations. Friendly, efficient, and professional. I have already recommended them to my neighbors for their move.

DON’T USE THIS SERVICE
The reason I’m unfortunately writing this review is because my mom screwed up and hired someone before checking their reviews first. Don’t make that same mistake.
This is not a knock to the workers he has employed, more so to him and his very unprofessional service.
— He charged us almost triple of what he estimated for the job.
— He canceled on us twice, and was late for each day he did arrive.
— My mom told him very clearly what needed to be moved and he didn’t bring the proper equipment to do so, thus having to come back another day. And he tried to charge us for his mistake of doing so.
— Just very unprofessional all around.
I hope, with time and help of honest reviews, bad companies like this will get weeded out.

We used heart or texas moving to move apartment complexes from a 2nd floor to a 3rd floor. They were awesome! Burton and Peter were very friendly, out going, and a lot of fun! They moved so quickly and efficiently I couldn’t believe it! What took us six hours only took them and hour and a half! We called the day before the move and Tim was able to get us in for our Friday move. On the day of the move they called us when they were on the way to give us a half hour heads up. Everyone was polite and very helpful made moving a lot easier and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move and will be using them for any future moves.

Fantastic move! They arrived on time at 9:00am (as requested) and were done in less than 2 hours! Their price was fair and the cheapest that I could find around ATX. They were respectful of our furniture and even offered to move boxes that I was going to take on my own.

Heart of Texas We found out on a Thursday that we needed to do a move on Monday. Tim showed up to do the estimate promptly and was easy to reach with additional questions and was prompt with clear communication and follow-​through. On moving day. the guys and truck called ahead to tell me they were enroute and arrived early and ready to go. They were courteous, moved with care and got the job done faster than expected. We will definitely use them again!

The worst thing in life is the actual loading and moving of your house’s possessions, but Robert and Miguel from Heart of Texas made this transition for us pleasant. They called when 30 minutes out, kept in great communication throughout, were very personable and worked their behinds off the whole time. Hats off to them both!

Just never showed up for the job. Offered me a discount to reschedule. Now I have to push the closing of my house because they couldn’t be on time. I don’t need a discount I just need people that will do a job they are paid to do.

quite Frankly heart of Texas Moving saved me. It was an emergency move late notice at the end of the day. The Pod was not delivered on time. Heart of Texas quickly found a couple of great guys to come out and get the job done.

I had the movers come out and move the furniture from my apartment to my new apartment. They did a great job packing everything up. They wrapped everything in blankets to protect it, and I did not have any damage. They were very careful moving things and didn’t bang anything up. Both the movers were very polite and worked hard the whole time. I was very impressed with how they handled things. I would definitely use them again if I needed to move!

I’ve move around a lot and worked with a lot of different movers and/​or moving company. And I can honestly say that Heart of Texas Moving & Storage are the best movers I’ve ever had the pleasure of moving. Since moving to Austin I’m used them twice and they have always been on time, efficient, and extremely friendly. Their hourly rates are great and way better than most… especially for what you get. They had our 3 brdrm house disassembled, moved and reassembled in less than 4 hours. They were great!!! I will totally use them again, if you want to take some of the pain out of moving you can’t go wrong with Heart of Texas Moving.

Tim eventually return my phone calls after I posted my review in Unilocal and BBB. We settled on what he felt was appropriate. He did apologized for losing my boxes and not returning my calls. We settled for an amount (less than $ 700), though the amount will never replace priceless, yet memorable items of my late dad nor will it replace the lost time of trying get a hold of someone from Heart of Texas, it will do. Tim, I thank you for eventually somewhat fixing our problem. I do hope in the future you take care of your clients better.

Best moving company I have EVER used! Affordable price, moved me from a 3rd floor apartment to another third floor apartment. They arrived early and were super quick! Using the dollies, wrapping the large items to the Dollie so it wouldn’t fall off, they were careful and professional! They got the job done in JUST UNDER an hour!!! ^.^ they were very smart about their technique! Didn’t damage anything!!! If I ever hire movers again, I am using these guys ALL the time!!! I tipped them an extra hundred!

As we all know, moving is not fun… at all… except if you happen to get two amazing movers to make it all so less painful and even… fun! I can’t believe I just wrote this but it is true.
Heart of Texas sent me Daniel and Miguel, two very nice gentlemen. They were professional, efficient, funny and wonderful.
The hourly price is lower than anyone else quoted. They showed up on time. They took care of everything. (I wasn’t overly organized…) But they were very organized with boxes, fragile glassware etc.
Awesome, amazing! (and I am so relieved that move is over!) can you tell?

EXCELLENT PRICE-​BEST SERVICE! Let me just say that I read reviews and pretty much live by them, so I was on the fence about Tim and his staff. What drew me in was his speedy response to questions, date adjustments and his customer service attitude over the phone and email. His price was THE best out of a dozen inquiries and it did NOT change at the last minute. The gentlemen showed up 30 mins early and were hands down, the most polite and accommodating I have used in years. Thorough and careful with everything they touched. I have recommended them and will use them for any future moves. Thank you Tim for being the best!

I had a really, really great experience with this moving company. I had a lot of furniture and things to move out very quickly, and what could have been a really stressful day turned out to be very easy and pleasant one thanks to Berton and Gilbert, our movers.
They were professional, friendly, hardworking, efficient, and all around awesome. They moved numerous delicate antiques and pieces for me, keeping straight tons of directions from my mother and myself and getting everything done in the most careful but quick way. They were respectful and professional and kind, and they listened, which is really important. I definitely recommend them!
