History

Established in 2011.

Stone Oak Management was formed after much deliberation by its partners. As all partners in the firm are landlords themselves, they wanted to create a company that they would want to manage their properties. With things like no start up fees, no long-​term contracts required, technology driven and quick customer service in mind, Stone Oak was born.

Business Owner

Jason Huval is the Broker and a managing partner of Stone Oak Property Management. Jason has been investing in real estate since 2003 and has been a landlord since 2005. He loves real estate and has been a real estate Broker since 2008. Jason graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. He lives in Pflugerville with his wife is the proud father of two wonderful boys. He was born and raised in Southwest Louisiana and is certified Cajun. Just ask him. His passion for Cajun food is second to none.
