Clean, nice apartments and well-​kept gym, pool area, courtyard, and lobby. Staff is very friendly and do a lot of work to have social events periodically so residents can meet each other. Great location in Austin too!

Life is good here. Free coffee, nice neighbors, sweet gym, good customer service from the leasing staff. I actually find myself actually using the facilities here. Most other apartment play up their amenities to make themselves more appealing without delivering. This place actually delivers! Probably one of the better living experiences I’ve had in Austin.

Wow. In the past couple of months I’ve seen the Elysian really improve. It’s gone from party town back to a quiet community. The new service staff is really prompt, professional, and keeps the garbage area really clean.
There are still some touches to this apartment that make me feel that it’s not 5 stars; some of the neighbors still let their dogs use the pool area as a restroom, a poor choice of a hallway carpet that stains easily, and our bathroom tile is unsealed so it’s a constant battle to keep it clean.

We lived here for a year — if only the lease could’ve been terminated early without a massive charge. If you enjoy being up all night listening to your neighbors through paper thin walls this is the place for you. If you enjoy screaming kids in the courtyard unattended all day this is the place for you. If you enjoy evacuating the complex at all hours of the day and night for random fire alarms, this is the place for you. If you enjoy dog poo scattered everywhere including the halls indoors, this is the place for you. This place is apartment living at its worst. And beware of extra charges when you move out for damage you didn’t do. Don’t try to dispute them because talking to the office staff is akin to speaking to a very dense brick wall. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Awesome apartment and location! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Nice size gym, pool and clubhouse! The apartments are roomy and maintenance is on top of they game! Love this place!

We have been here for over 9 months now. Our parents came and visited us too. We absolutely love this place. The running trails and the mueller park is amazing. Sunday farmers market is a block away. Maintainance is timely and the staff at the office is helpful. Only issue off late is — fire alarm is going off for no good reason! This has happened a number times — twice in the middle of the night! Hope they sort this out soon — I like my sleep too much. :)
