Established in 1980.

Call Mr. Inspector was started after I sold my Sears Painting Franchise in Texas. I had been working with the Federal Government and State of Texas doing Disaster Housing Inspections across the United States and within Texas. After receiving my Professional Real Estate Inspector License (TREC #6512) and license to perform WDI inspections from the Texas Department of Agriculture I began to build my business based on the Concept of providing the finest Customer Service possible. Our goal was to to provide inspections that gave our clients an accurate description of the condition of the Homes they were purchasing by Informing and Not Alarming. Our experience has been that over 90% of the time the Deficiencies we find during our inspections are typical for the age of the home and many times require no remediation.
