We also provide 11-​month warranty inspections which allow home owners in a newly build home to identify deficiencies and hold their builder and sub-​contractors accountable for repairs before their 1-​year home warranty expires.

We know that getting into your next home is going to be very exciting but that you might not know what details to look at during the process of buying. 512 Property Inspection examines the foundation, electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, grading and drainage, roofing, attic and insulation, interior and exterior of walls, ceilings, floors, and so much more. We work with you and your real estate agent to provide an easy to understand detailed report of the property that includes color photographs, and promise 100% satisfaction.

512 Property Inspection, LLC was established by Rick Madden to provide clients with a thorough understanding of the property they are buying or selling. Rick’s goal is to provide our clients with the critical unbiased information needed to move forward with the purchase of a safe, healthy home, that is durable, comfortable and energy efficient.

512 inspection reports are thorough, easy to understand, informative, and include photographs of deficiencies found during the inspection. Rick enjoys customer interaction, and encourages his clients to attend the inspection. This allows him the ability to discuss his findings in detail prior to his clients receiving their report.

Rick is committed to continuing his education to stay abreast of changes in the industry and make sure his clients are well informed.

Rick Madden is a Certified Professional Inspector (#20 806) licensed in the State of Texas. Prior to starting in the inspection business, Rick owned a construction company, which was created to design, develop, and build restaurants, his personal residence, and many home remodeling projects over the years.

Rick is an honest, reliable professional who will work hard to gain your trust and respect. He is an InterNACHI member, which allows him to gain additional ongoing training and education.
