EverClean is a family owned and operated business. Our honesty and quality of service has a proven record of customer satisfaction.

Owner Earl Powell has 20 years experience, 15 of those years as a Superintendent, in the construction industry on multi-​million dollar commercial projects such as hospitals, educational facilities and high rise condominium projects.

Co-​owner and wife Julie Powell has over 15 years experience in the accounting and customer service industry.

Business Owner

Earl began working in the commercial construction industry in 1994. He began first as a Laborer, second as a Field Engineer, third as an Assistant Superintendent and finally as a Superintendent. He worked on projects ranging from high tech clean rooms, new educational facilities, hospitals, to high rise condominium projects.

Earl started his own company in 2012 doing construction consulting and then added a new scope of work performing pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning.

Earl and Joe arrived on time to clean all 41 windows and pressure wash a filthy front courtyard. They were professional and courteous the entire time. While they were cleaning, I felt they were treating our house as if it were their own. They had no problem going back and treating any area that we were not happy with. I was particularly pleased with the pressure washing they did on our flagstone courtyard. The difference it made to the front of our house was dramatic. I would have no problem recommending them for window cleaning and pressure washing, and we will call them again.

Awesomesauce. Our windows were really dirty. Signing up was easy. They are friendly, professional and on time. They were very thorough and careful in and around our home. It doesn’t even look like we have windows now because they are so clear and streak free. It has been a real pleasure to work with them and I will definitely use them again. They have the right equipment to do a much better job than we could do on our own. A++

Initial call for an estimate was met with very pleasant and professional response. Earl arrived as scheduled for estimate visit and provided (via e-​mail) a complete estimate (with options) the same day. We went with the full package of gutter cleaning-​inside and out (200 feet), and cleaning all (24) of the windows-​inside and out, which also included removing and cleaning all of the solar screens. The initial schedule had to be rescheduled due to the excessive rain we experienced in June but they readily rescheduled around our vacation plans with no problem and arrived exactly on time to do the work. Earl explained what and how they were going to do the work before beginning and did an outstanding job. Very pleasant, yet also very professional to deal with. Could not be more pleased with the results. We will definitely be a repeat customer

Earl Powell is very knowledgeable about the process and did an excellent job preparing my deck and patio furniture for refinishing. We also cleaned our garage floor and it too is ready for refinishing. I highly recommend EVERCLEAN!
