Brident Dental

I loved them when I went there only to find hidden charges fees and BS contracts for work that I dd not agree to or have done. I went for a cleaning and keep getting bills. I am INSURED! WTF? Will not go back and its a shame because they seemed so nice.

First off, I should say that overall the staff were great, everybody was super friendly and professional. The location is very clean (though at one point somebody stuck a camera tool in my mouth that had previously just been sitting on a desk (everything else that went in my mouth came out of a package), but I’ll assume it had been sanitized when I wasn’t around). My wait wasn’t bad at all actually, I know a lot of people have complained of waiting 3+ hours. I think I was in and out in 1 or 2 hrs.
The downside is mostly money. I came in because I had a coupon for a $ 39 cleaning, which included x-​rays and checkup. You have to sign a lot of paperwork, some of which asks for you SSN, which should have been a red flag for me. They have a weird subscription system… so I paid in cash to avoid getting into a situation where I had to fight to stop being billed. They did the x-​rays and checkup, but then told me that to do the cleaning was actually $ 100 more. Also, they said they found two cavities, one of which just needed to be cleaned and sealed, and that would be over $ 400 on top of the $ 100 for the cleaning. Neither of these are root canals or anything, just minor cavities. I asked if they would be replacing my teeth with diamonds, and it turned out no they were not. Also I noticed on the paper they gave me listing what everything would cost, that they checked my credit without asking… which is pretty annoying because it lowers your credit for a while.
In short, the coupon thing was shady and they were going to charge more than double what any dentist I have ever heard of charges for cavities… so I won’t be using them again.

Dentist was nice and seemed to know what they were doing.
Had a wisdom tooth extraction (2 total), and deep clean same day and 4 cavities filled a week later .
Offered very reasonable price and payment plans, they’ll work with you. I went in 3 days before all my bills were due and wasn’t planning for paying for a dentist visit. They got me all hooked up !
Also my teeth looked amazing after cleaning
