Business Owner

Dr. Justin Crockett grew up in the Conroe area and graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Biomedical Science in 2004. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2009 from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, Texas. While in college Dr. Crockett had the opportunity to do a mission trip with Savior Sons in Guatemala and he looks forward to serving again soon.

Dr. Crockett is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston Dental Society.

Aside from dentistry Dr. Crockett loves the outdoors. His weekends are filled with spending time with family and friends. He has three nephews and two nieces that adore Uncle Justin.

I just went to BLVD for my second appointment, and was in and out in 15 minutes, no pain, no scraping, and my teeth feel amazing. I love everyone who works here, and they make you feel super safe and comfortable, and take my random insurance. Highly recommended!

Just got back from my new patient appointment and had a deep cleaning plus 1 cavity filled. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 4 years (I know I know) and had huge amounts of anxiety going in. However, I am absolutely amazed by BLVD!
I can’t remember the dentists name or the licensed dental assistant (chalk it up to my extreme anxiety going in) but they were so great from start to finish. They made me feel calm and even preemptively numbed parts of my mouth that I told them are sensitive just for the cleaning.
I truly get the feeling that they will do anything to make their clients feel comfortable and, most importantly, keep coming back to take care of their dental health.
Take it from the biggest baby– BLVD will be the easiest dentist experience you’ve ever had.

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to in nearly 40 years of dentist visits. Brand new modern facility and all the latest imaging tools. The dentist goes through all your X-​rays and pictures and discusses problems while you view them. Great hygienists as well. I come all the way across Austin (traffic and all) just to come to this office.

We all have to go to the dentist no matter how much anxiety, stress or pain that thought evokes. Fortunately, you can go to BLVD Dentistry where the staff completely understand this. The office is very welcoming, immaculately clean, top quality equipment, top quality staff — a comfortable, safe place to entrust your dental issues and accompanying worries. My review does not come from one pleasant visit, but from many. I’ve had a lot of work done here. At first I was embarrassingly nervous and overly concerned about pain. I’m pleased to report that each time it became easier as my fears washed away in the trustworthy hands of Dr. Crockett. He is always courteous and compassionate, incredibly patient, funny (which really helps ease stress), and very efficient.
I am entirely grateful. You’ll be glad you chose BLVD Dentistry!

This was my first visit at BLVD Dentistry. I am so impressed. It was a five star experience starting from calling in a getting a very courteous response and understanding of the urgency of my issue. The location is wonderful, plenty of parking, beautiful, clean office. Everybody and I me a everybody that I interacted with from the front desk to the back house were amazing. Really kind and very clear in communication. Most of all I felt well taken care of and Dr. Crockett did an amazing job at fixing my chipped two front upper teeth. Thank you all for such a positive experience at BLVD Dentistry Austin. Hahah I already set up my next appointment that’s how much I loved this one.

I cannot recommend BLVD dentistry enough. They were incredibly thorough in their explanation of everything they were going to do, before they did it. But the clincher was the amazing ability the doctor and staff had relating to my 3 year old. They did a great job with him, were extremely patient, and has a wonderful demeanor. I can’t wait to be a patient here for many years.

I found BLVD Dentistry on Unilocal when I was looking for a new dentist to replace one that was sub-​par. I suspected there was a difference in quality among dental offices, but was very much surprised and pleased to see how BLVD really raises the bar. The initial checkup, cleaning, x-​rays, and consult was quick and easy. I went for a new crown in December when they had a 20% off promotion and just went back for the crown to be put on. I didn’t need a shot for the last appt. because they just fit the crown on without needing to mess around with it. It fit great and with some minor adjustments, I was out of the door in about 45 minutes. Easy breezy. I totally recommend them and will be telling my family (and anyone else I can) about them too. Really appreciated the dentist and dental technician because they put me at ease and answered all my questions. I left feeling very satisfied with their work, reassured and knowledgeable about what was next for my teeth, and relaxed and happy to get that task checked off my list.

«Today had my appointment at 8am, arrived by 7:45 and was seated within minutes of arrival. The doctor was actual on time (which is rare now a days as they ALWAYS seem to run late) and started on me immediately after I sat down. The work was done in reasonable time and was out of there in no time! Friendly staff and always smiling at you. Remember to ring the bell as you exit to inform them of a job well done!»

As someone who fears the dentist, this was a great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist explained the steps they were taken and they even drew up a schedule with the cost to me and my insurance. It was all incredibly helpful. The staff even put on a film for me to watch while the dentist was working on me. It definitely helped. All in all, a good experience. The office is nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend after this visit.

I just had my new patient exam and cleaning at BLVD Dentistry and I was very happy with their service. The office is clean and brand new, all of the staff was friendly and professional, and the dentist was personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am extremely happy with them and will definitely make them my regular dentist.
For any UT students or employees, BLVD is in the DeltaCare DHMO network so you can opt for the much cheaper DeltaCare dental insurance and pay nothing for cleanings and exams at BLVD if you set them as your primary provider.

If you love going to the dentist, I’m gonna have to say you are probably high off nitrous gas. No one likes going to the dentist. Because it’s either scary, painful, expensive, or just down right traumatic.
When we were kids, we were destined to the choices our parents made in our dental decisions. Again, when I was active duty Army, I was forced with whatever dentist, they assigned to me. Now that I have a choice in the matter, the choice becomes everything.
My choice to see Dr. Justin Crockett, DDS, today was a pretty decent one, I must admit. Based off flawless reviews, his own impeccable smile, and Houston based background; I chose him. Yes his offices are pretty. Yes the people who work for him are pretty too… But more so, the guy is down to earth, and doesn’t seem to be in the business to scam anyone. I was offered same day service for the dental work I need, and when I regretfully told them I had pressing work matters to attend, they didn’t give me the ol squinty judgy eye. They rescheduled and totally understood.
I paid upfront for the procedures scheduled, and was treated very fairly, throughout the decision making process involving my insurance. So if you want a doc who is gonna give it to you straight, a staff you want to hang out with, and a non judgy decision making process– BLVD is the place. Can’t promise you will be pain free– but I doubt traumatic will ever happen here.

I don’t have enough words for how well taken care of I feel! The whole office staff is kind and knowledgeable. The office is sorta sleak Texas modern décor and while I usually don’t feel comfortable at dentists, I was feeling good here. I highly recomend this office and this doctor to those who might be shy or simply looking for FANTASTIC service.

Dr Crockett is great– so happy I switched dentists and chose this office. Super nice and very trustworthy. The office décor /​atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and I’m so glad to finally have found a good dentist.
I do have one complaint!!! I missed getting a little goody bag at the end. Even as an adult, I still enjoy getting some new floss and sample toothpaste after a good tooth cleaning ;)

Found Dr. Crockett via my dental insurance carrier site, then read reviews in Unilocal.Decided to call and make an appointment. One of my questions was «you’re not going to try and up-​sale me on other procedures, are you?». I was quickly assured that they were going to take care of whatever service I need. He was right! I was expecting an appointment «next week», but was happily scheduled for the next day!
I thought I needed a tooth extraction and scheduled accordingly. Jason (dental assistant) confirmed I was there for one tooth. Dr. Crockett looked at the tooth, x-​rays and said I didn’t need an extraction. Instead he explained what the real issue was, offered a quote to resolve it and I said «YES». I IMMEDIATELY felt relief and was in and out of the office within 45mins! Granted, this was an exception, but still no up-​selling, no «are you sure?», no «looks like you need…», «have you thought about???». He considered the best option for my complaint and didn’t try to take advantage of a situation or his patient.
As everyone has previously mentioned — new office, brand new, state of the art equipment/​technology, friendly, efficient staff. They happen to be located about ½ mile from where I live, so I love the convenience.
Dr. Crockett isn’t new to the profession. He’s new to Austin, but not dentistry. He knows what he’s doing and knows how to run a practice. Yeah, I only went in for a specific procedure and walked out with something a LOT less invasive (and cheaper), but after my experience I’ll definitely go back for my regular dental needs. I’ve already told my colleagues and family members about BLVD Dentistry/​Dr. Crockett and plan to tell more people about him!

The technology, cleanliness of the facility and friendly efficiency of the staff was impressive. For being a brand new business I was expecting some hiccups but experienced none. Everyone knew the role they were to play and did so seamlessly.
I was able to see all of my teeth and X-​rays on a screen in front of me so it was easy to follow what the dentist was talking about.
The location is ideal for me and so I’m hooked!

Today’s visit was above and beyond! The office is brand new (smells so good), the staff is all very nice, friendly, professional, and were all able to answer everyone of my questions.

1. My teeth were cleaned by Dr. Crockett (he is wonderful, personality for days!)

3. I needed a filling, able to get it SAME DAY!
