Although we cannot accept all home theater projects, we make a valid attempt at doing so. If we cannot accept your project we are honest and give a you valid explanation. History

Established in 2000.

Bossy HD started with a bucket, tools and the concept that affordable home theater should be available to all. From small beginnings to manufacturing our own home theater products, Bossy HD is committed to our original vision of affordable home theater.

We have grown beyond our dreams in a short time frame, but we still have our same passion — our same commitments. Service, hard work and treating each customer’s home like your own has proven successful.

Its in now late 2010 and we were adding five new services in 2011. We thank each customers for their loyalty and look forward to servicing our customers nationwide.

Very disatisfied with this company. Had them scheduled to come out on Friday between 12 – 4, so I took off work early and waited, and waited, and waited for their «courtesy» call. I ended up calling them back at 4pm and the rep told me that she would contact a tech nearby and that there was a $ 50 «consultation fee», wich was NOT mentioned when this appointment was scheduled. I talked to some people that had this company come out for a consult and they were never charged the «consultation fee». I wouldn’t have minded paying their «fee» if they would’ve mentioned it upfront instead of being sneaky about it. The rep NEVER called me back, NO ONE showed up at my house, I tried calling them back several times but no answer (went straight to voicemail). This company obviously can’t even be trusted to show up at your house, how can you trust them to actually do the work at your house??? I would highly recommend you call another company because you will not be satisfied with this one!

Christopher and the team at Bossy HD were hired to do the installation of a/​v equipment in our home. They arranged for a walkthrough of the project, were very clear in communicating their recommendations and, importantly, taking into consideration my opinion and needs as their client. They provided clear recommendations that I believe only come as a result of having successfully completed many challenging install projects.
We are thrilled with the results. If you just want someone to hang a television, call someone else. If you’re looking for someone who will come in and evaluate your WiFi needs, audio systems, screens, etc. these are the people in Austin to call. For the amount of work we had done, the pricing was outstanding. You get what you pay for, and the value is extraordinary. This is about creating the optimal viewing experience while making the most of what your home — no matter what kind — has to offer. Not only did they provide a solution that I would not have envisioned, they literally hid every single wire, including removing thirty years of accumulated and unnecessary wiring on the outside of the house we purchased.
They made a couple of small errors along the way, but as with any home project, those are almost always correctable. I give Bossy HD the 5th star for working to make sure that those small mistakes were fixed, and fixed to my satisfaction.
This is a company from which you can expect very much, and therefore as a customer I think you can ask of them very much. They clearly enjoy their work, and care about the quality of their products and their reputation.
