Great service, fair price, honest work — highly recommend Mark, he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and explained all the work clearly the whole way. MGM made a customer here.

Use MGM Air! We did lots of research and got several quotes for the installation of a new central a/​c and heating system in an addition of our home. Mark (the owner of the company) came out and beat the other quotes by several thousand dollars. He chose the easiest and simplest route for our system. He simplified everything! He and his crew were able to schedule us within a few days and were able to handle all the electric and gas lines that were needed to complete the job as well. We could not be happier with our system and will continue to use MGM for all of our a/​c and heating needs. Mark is very honest and super reliable!

Marc came out the morning after I contacted him from Angie’s List and I told him we had a quote to replace our AC coil and wanted a second opinion. Of the 3 quotes we got, Marc was the least aggressive and least expensive. He was kind, patient and informative when I asked questions. I would recommend Marc to any of our friends!

It was one of those 100 degree days and my AC broke (see statement re. broken heater). I called MGM and they were ready to help me again. He gave me three options on what I could do with warranty lengths for each option. When I made my decision he gave me an estimate that was practically to the dollar of the final cost. No surprises. His team installed the new system in a very efficient manner and yay! I have AC again. He is also very patient with all my random questions.

From the time I called until the time Marc was here and had our A/​C working again was LESS THAN 2 HOURS!!! He was super nice, very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We opted to go with the fast fix but Marc said he’d come back in 2 weeks to check how the unit is running so we can be on top of things BEFORE it gets super hot again. How’s THAT for service?

Mark is the service man of all service men and he didn’t even come out to my house!
‘Twas the weekend before Christmas and our flame sensor went out, what could I do with no heater repair man about?! We called those other guys and these ones too… Mark said they were closed till after Christmas and tomorrow’s low is 32!
I told Mark my issue, he exclaimed is your husband or boyfriend around?! My Husband flew to the phone and listened so close as Mark walked him through how to solve the problem ourselves. My husband proclaimed his gratitude, hung up the phone and got straight to work. Heater issue solved! We are now toasty with cheer!
Mark saved our Christmas headache and we didn’t get charged a dime! Merry Christmas y’all! I will definitely use another time, Good Karma all around!

Mark came out the next morning after I called to fix my air conditioner. It just needed more freon. He was so polite and professional. I really thought I would have to wait longer, but was so glad I didn’t.

I’m so glad we found someone we can trust, especially since we are out of state homeowners. Mark is trustworthy, dependable, accessible and knowledgeable in his trade. We found him through our home warranty service. Our ac unit wasn’t cooling and at first, our warranty company sent out another company. Our tenants complained about this other company from the start. After several visits, they said we needed a new ac system. Unfortunately, not everything was covered and our portion seemed unusually high. Since I was paying so much out of pocket, I requested a second opinion so our warranty company sent out Mark from Austin MGM Air. I told him that our tenants have been without air for about a week and a half as other company tried to figure out what problem was. Mark was able to get out to our home almost immediately. As soon as I gave him the go ahead, he set it all up with our warranty company and then had our ac system installed and running in no time. All this was done at at a lower cost than what the first company had quoted me. Turns out the first company was charging us for extra things that Mark said we did not need. We are happy and our tenants are happy for the fast service. Tenants also said that Mark was genuinely concerned about them as he tried with best of his ability to get them up and running ASAP. I already called our warranty company about the great service I received from Mark and also to request to have him go out to our home first if we have other AC issues.
