First I would like to say that the speed of service from Nick at Britton was great. I called with a concern about my AC and he showed up within the hour by squeezing us in before another appt. Not a lot of companies still do that. He was able to figure out what the problem was and got us on the schedule to get it fixed up.
Nick showed up right on time for the appt today and ready to work. Our coils needed to be cleaned and he did a very thorough job. He answered any question I threw at him and even took the time to explain how the system works and tips on how to keep it running smoothly.
I am very pleased with the service Nick provided and would recommend him to anyone who needs their AC or Heater worked on.

Professional and kind, great service. We called after hours and needed a/​c repair asap since we had a newborn baby in the home and the indoor temperature was approaching 90. The technician was here and had the problem fixed within a hour or so. We are so thankful! Considering the rush and after hours call, the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Jon and his crew are my go to guys for all things HVAC. He has replaced two AC units in my home, and always goes the extra mile for his customers. Our first outage occurred on a Sunday, and even though Jon was on a commercial job in Houston, he came by our house after driving back to Austin, and diagnosed the issue on the spot. I had a new unit two days later. He performs the work as described, is always on time, and I trust him with my home.

Fantastic service! A/​C went out late afternoon on Labor Day weekend and Nick was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. Can’t thank him enough for responding, fixing the issue, and providing knowledge to prevent future issues. He also checked out the rest of my system and gave me an assessment on its condition. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Jon and his team installed a new AC unit in my condo last year… excellent service, excellent price, super speedy installation. There was an issue with the unit making more noise than expected after install. Jon came over the same day to inspect and ended up there was a power setting that could be turned down, fixed the problem immediately. I referred a good friend to him a few months later and he got the same no-​hassle service. Highly recommend!

There is nothing worse than your AC going out during a Texas summer but there is nothing better than being able to rely on a company and their employees to get you taken care of. Nick S. showed up early (2pm-​4pm window and arrived 15 mins early) to look at our AC unit and quickly determined what the problem was and fixed it. Throughout the entire process he explained what the issue was and the steps he was taking to fix it. Nick is a very personable guy and I appreciate the extra effort he took to explain everything to me. I was so impressed by his service that I signed up for their maintenance plan. Dont leave it to chance by selecting another company go with the sure shot!

I hired Jon Britton a few times, and I could always trust his honest good work.
Honesty is the number one thing I look for, because without honesty, you will always have a nagging question hanging on your mind whether you were taken advantage of. But, from my personal experience, with Jon Britton, I knew he would not recommend unnecessary work.
I have this Carrier A/​C since 1999 that began to have problems with the controller several years ago. Before hiring Jon Britton I would need repair every year. The service guy I had before would replace it and before a year was up, I would need to call him for service again, many times in the heat of summer. After a few years, I decided to find someone from Unilocal.After getting service from Jon Britton, I haven’t been needing service for a few years now. His honesty maybe putting him out of a job in a way, but I will not hesitate to call him whenever I need A/​C work.

I loved the service Britton provides. ! Jon and his team are real pros who sincerely care about their customers. We had an AC emergency in the evening and they had a technician out to our home to inspect and determine the solutions within an hour of my call. They determined that our old (15+ years old) AC needed major repairs so we opted to get a new unit. They were out the next AM, did the installation and we had cool house by early afternoon. They even went the extra step of reinforcing the deck beneath the new AC/​Heating unit in the garage, as the old one was weakened from a condensation leak from the old unit.
Give these guys a call next time you have HVAC issues.

Have used Jon several times in the last 2 years for our A/​C yearly checks and A/​C problems.
He has always been extremely responsive — like same or next day service that has worked into our schedule. He is honest and pricing is fair and reasonable. Jon is my go to person for our A/​C repairs.

They were able to accommodate my tight schedule. Came out the next day I called. Needed my aging AC tuned up. 99 model and hoping to get another couple years. We’ll see. They fixed my drain line, replaced my rusting drain pan, and taped some of my ducts. Service was excellent… Although seemed a bit pricey.

Thomas & Paul’s team came out to replace pretty much all of my HVAC system and they got it done in about five hours. They were super polite to my elderly mom who was here and the system they installed blows like a champ. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after all of the construction/​destruction. My mom tried to offer them a tip for all of their hard work and they had so much integrity that they said no. Go with these guys, their price is more than fair and you can trust them.

Originally called a plumber/​hvac service and when they finished their assessment, they gave me a $ 1700 estimate. I was floored and asked how many hours labor and they said 2 – 4 and the parts were covered under warranty. I couldn’t stomach it so I called Eric Fontaine from Fontaine AC and he recommended Britton because they work with Trane products.
I called Britton and they had someone out the next day and gave me an estimate that was 1⁄3 the cost and said they would be out on Sunday or Monday to replace the parts when they come in. I was surprised they worked or wanted to work on a Sunday. Surprise number two came when they called the next day and said they would like to install the part 2 days earlier than estimated. Great service by Britton at a great price and Rudy was excellent and really nice! I will definitely use them again in the future.
