Pillar To Post prints ALL of our home inspections ON SITE with a PDF version of the report emailed later that same day (many times the home inspection report is emailed on site as well). Our inspections take a bit longer but we feel the quality of our inspections and our attention to detail is worth a bit more time. In the hectic world of real estate, time is money. Our goal at Pillar To Post is to save you both!

My objective as an inspector is to have you walk away from the inspection knowing the strong and weak points of the property, being aware of exactly what it is that you are about to buy with no last-​minute surprises. I use state-​of-​the-​art equipment including moisture meters, infrared cameras, temperature sensors and gas detectors. The report I will provide you with, which again, is delivered on site, contains detailed photographs of problems, covers nearly 1,600 items, and gives you the knowledge that you need to make a fully informed decision. It is important to me that you are confident that you are getting the best home inspection money can buy and you FEEL comfortable with possibly heading back to the bargaining table with the tools for a successful home purchase.

You will come to learn more about the house that you are thinking of purchasing than you might with someone less experienced, at a lesser price, in the hurry-​up home inspections that some of my competitors offer.

History

Established in 2005.

After 9 years of service between the US Navy (ET3(SS)) and the US Army (11B with a combat tour in Iraq in 2004) I started Pillar To Post. Since then, I have earned the trust of buyers, sellers and real estate professionals throughout the metro area and have grown into one of the largest and most respected full service inspection companies in the area offering professional home inspections, commercial inspections, thermal imaging, radon testing, mold testing, home energy surveys, environmental reports, and water quality testing.

I love working with first-​time home buyers! I feel blessed to be included in their home buying process and I don’t take this responsibility lightly. The ability to connect with people is a huge asset in this profession. I take pride in my knack for treating each client as if they were the my only client on the planet. I have seen inspectors show up wearing jeans, smoking a cigarette, and actually using profanity in front of their clients. This isn’t the way I choose to run my business. How I operate my home inspection business is crucial to my family and the people who continue to refer me.

I am a member of ASHI, North America’s oldest and most respected professional society of home inspectors. ASHI’s goals have always been to build customer awareness of the importance of a quality home inspection and enhance the professionalism of home inspectors. I am also with the Denver BBB, Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Exterior Design Institute, and the Aurora Association of Realtors.
