Airport Chariot Shuttle & Limousine

Worst experience! Do not call and book with this company ever! There are so many great limo experiences I have had. If this is the only one available then call a friend, cab it, hitchhike or walk.

I tried to like this company — giving it a second — and then a third chance — before writing a negative review. Unfortunately, I should have stuck with my gut-​reaction and canceled two pre-​arranged services after my initial negative experience.
Car service should be simple. Arrive on time — in the car the customer ordered — pick up customer, drop off customer, and be courteous while doing so.
Unprofessional and shady — Airport Chariot Shuttle & Limosine does not appear to have the actual fleet of vehicles it claims to have on its website and not one of the drivers we encountered was actually employed by Airport Chariot. In fact two of the three drivers we encountered — gave us the numbers to their companies in the hopes of obtaining our future business.
Car 1 — Ordered classic black Lincoln Town Car for pick up at ACY. Driver meets us on time — takes us to car — it’s a tan Lincoln taxi! Yeah a taxi — with two placards on the sides — one of which advertises a $ 27.00 dollar rate to Atlantic City from the airport and the other says TAXI. We take the car because that’s all that’s there — we’re tired from traveling — and want to get on with things. The car was dirty and the a/​c weak — it was — after all — a taxi. Called Airport Chariot to discuss — the guy who answers tries to convince me it’s all my perception — that a Lincoln is a Lincoln — and no one ever complained before — also tells me the $ 27.00 dollar rate is for two people. (I reconfirm this figure later at the airport — the $ 27.00 rate is for four– the amount of people in our party.) When I called to complain about the taxi, I still had two upcoming bookings with this company. I tell the guy my concerns and he assures me the service will go perfectly and I will receive the cars I ordered.
Car 2 — Expected Lincoln Town Car — tacky stretch Limo arrives — with unpleasant driver — who actually tells us to hurry up as we get in because she has another airport run immediately after ours. By the way — she does not work for Airport Chariot either.
Car 3 — Lincoln Town Car arrives — finally — nice guy — new on the job — nice car — does not work for Airport Chariot and gives me his card. (This was the nicest guy and vehicle of all three services — so I will be using his company on future trips in and around Atlantic City. So in the end, it seems Airport Chariot Shuttle & Limosine is some sort of bad broker for cars in Atlantic City — booking you at a high rate and then outsourcing the work to other companies in the area. They are unable to guarantee a quality of service and that the car you ordered will actually arrive.
