If you want to deal with people who have absolutely no concern for their customers, this is the company to deal with. I’m in town for a bachelor party, and we had to leave a hotel to return back to our rental. Got picked up by this sketchy company. Said we had to pay $ 25 to go to brigantine (a 15 min drive away tops), and never even turned on the ticker. Then a buddy left something in the car by accident. Called the company and they said «I’m tired of this shit. I get more calls from drunk people leaving shit behind then I do actual customers.» What a lovely concern for customers. I’ll never use this service again and highly recommend any company other than this one. Worst company ever.

Spoke with Bill very nice man, professional and courteous. Just made a call to reserve an early Monday Morning pick up from Margate to international airport. I’m sure it will go well! They answered their phone unlike other companies I called. Called to make sure we were awake. In front of our house early… Really nice guy. Most def use again. Thanks Bill.

I read the reviews before going to A.C. so I was a bit hesitant to use this taxi service but I didn’t have much choice so I called them. Got a gentleman named Bill on the phone. He’s a nice guy and he charged me $ 30 to go from the Atlantic City Bus terminal to Holiday Inn Express at Absecon. It’s a 10 – 15 minute drive so you might say I was overcharged but other taxis there charge as much as 50 – 60 bucks especially on the weekends.
Also, I heard Bill say that for a large party that requires a van going from one of the casions all the way to Manhattan, he charges $ 300 which includes tolls and tips.
So from my experience, I think AC taxi is a decent service and worth using. Ask for Bill if you can.

Used Tom’s taxi service to get to and from AC from NJ Motorsports in Millville for a bachelor party. Tom is awesome! showed up on time, had great music, was very easy-​going, didn’t mind stopping or altering routes if needed as long as it wasn’t too out of the way. Would definitely recommend his transportation service again especially if you need to go long distances!

Do not get service from these people. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists. When I arrived atmy destination I asked the how much and he said «I don’t know. What sounds good to you. How is $ 15?» I called dispatch when I got inside. I told him what had transpired. I asked them if there was a standard rate. He said «oh it’s about three dollars a mile.» I asked him to calculate the distance from where I was picked up to where I was dropped off he said he didn’t have time to argue about this what I paid him was fine, what I paid him is what I paid him now I just have to hang up and deal with it. I will never ever ever deal with these people again. They are just a scam. Buyer beware!

I have never had a customer service experience that was WORSE than with Ac Taxi. I called their head office regarding a lost item in one of their cabs and was treated extremely rudely and with total disrespect. The person on the phone was condescending and could care less about my lost personal item.
I called several other cab services in Atlantic City regarding my lost item (I didn’t know which cab company it was, but knew it was a silver mini van). Every other company was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me figure out who to call. The other companies said that Ac Taxi was one of the few companies that uses mini vans in the city, and to contact them. During both of the phone calls made to Ac Taxi, the man answering the phone was absolutely SO rude in contrast to the other cab companies that had helped me out.
I don’t give 1-​star reviews often, unless I feel the business truly deserves it. Ac Taxi fully deserves it.

This is the only taxi service we use when traveling to/​from AC. Tom-​O and his guys are friendly and punctual. What’s also nice is that they will often combine rides by picking up others along the way so that you don’t have to pay the full price for the ride.
